I thought I was buying the oil, but the lotion smells great without the oily. Very lightweight. Bought for my cruise, works well at night after washing off the day. Skin is hydrated and relaxed.

Is it truly the original lotion? It doesn't seem as good. I use it as an insect repellant. But it still terrifies bugs for a couple hours, so that works for me. Its smell is gentle and its "feel" is fine.

I bought this to keep the bugs off of me and it works! It's also a nice lotion, so it's a win win!

THE SCENT is there. It is a feminine scent ... soft ...powdery scent. That for me was an issue. But it smells better than traditional bug spray and keeps away flies and mosquitoes. That's specifically why I bought it. It also moisturizes my skin and lasts a long time. I have no fear sitting on furniture and leaving behind a foul oder like rational bug repellant.

Keeps biting insects away from me! Bugs love me, especially mosquitos. I apply this before going outside, especially when gardening, and now I rarely am bitten. The lotion is light weight and doesn’t make me hot. Very light, if any, fragrance. Love it!

I like Avon products and normally i have always loved their Skin So Soft products. This time the product seemed to be lacking in smell some. The scent was barely there not like usual. The lotion was not thick like it was suppose to be it was real thin like it was starting to go bad. It did smell some and what smell it did have smelled like the usual lotion. The product was not messed up when i got it so i don't know what happened to it. It won't stop me from buying another one and seeing if maybe that one is different. You can be the judge of this one because i like this product i just think maybe they didn't realize it was older or something. It did absorb on my skin but it was very watery.

My skin was so dry and flaky with it being to hot to go out and having the A/C blasting 24/7. I grabbed a bottle of Skin So Soft original blue body lotion because I know it works. I put it on once and the next day my husband noticed how soft my skin was.Also there's something about it that mosquitoes stay away from. Seriously soft skin AND no mosquitoes! You can't buy a lotion any better than that!
