Great fun and an incentive to MOVE those arms! We mounted the Velcro strips on a backboard and put that on a wall in garage with outlet nearby to charge it as needed. We will prob put a white board in there to keep score- or even chalkboard paint on the wall —wish the unit had diff “players” profiles so we could go back to the same power level and score. But for the price it is good enough! In fact it’s a pretty good bang for your buck. Volume isn’t great when paired with mobile device (which was turned all the way up too) but worked fine and made it fun. The punching is LOUD so that’s part of the sound issue. Gloves are cumbersome and beginner so they may not register all punches. But overall it is great, easy to set up and easy to use and I recommend it for all ages. It’s time to have some fun and this is a good start.

Excellent purchase! The boxing machine exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to install, has great quality, and the lights combined with the music make workouts much more fun and dynamic. The Bluetooth connection works perfectly, and the included gloves are comfortable. I really like that it helps improve reflexes and coordination, and it’s great for both kids and adults. The material feels durable, and the sound quality is good. My family uses it every day, and we all love it.

I would have given this unit 5 stars however after about a week of daily use 500-800 hits on p4, the unit started shutting off mid session. At first I thought maybe I hit the power button or something by accident but it was happening regularly without me touching anywhere near the power button. It's a great way to get in some daily exercise and get some anger out. You won't realize how fast 500-1000 punches go by. I would also recommend getting a 10 or 12oz pair of real gloves for padding if you plan on really hitting the device and not just tapping it with your fists. All in all it's a great way to exercise, I just wish that it didn't continuously shut down mid session, even when the battery is full.
