Honestly I did not expect it to work so well, I took it along with quite a few other things to maximise nitric oxide and it did exactly as I wanted it to. I took 4 capsules twice a day (sometimes at the same time), The quality seems very good and I will definitely be buying again. Easy to take and use, No taste, Very easy to swallow as its a capsule just take it with water, and one thing I've seen is people reviewing it who obviously don't know how many capsules you're meant to take in order to get the advertised dose.
