Breast Care Hot and Cold Packs

The Frida Mom Cooling & Heating Breast Packs were such a lifesaver during the early postpartum days. I loved that I could use them warm before pumping or breastfeeding to help with milk flow, and cold afterward to soothe soreness and reduce discomfort. They're soft, comfortable to wear, and fit nicely inside a bra without feeling bulky. Even though my breastfeeding journey was short, these provided so much relief when I needed it most. I highly recommend them for any new mom preparing for postpartum!

Wonderful for my best friend's breast cancer surgery recovery. She purchased another brand as well, but said these were softer & better made. She wished they stayed cooler longer. It helps to have a couple of sets, so that you can swap them out.

A must for postpartum if you’re breastfeeding. Had them on hand just and case and I’m glad I did. Soft and just thick enough to hold a cold temperature for a while. Encountered mastitis a few times and these were perfect to help with quick healing. Material is thick and durable, easy to use-fits easily under a bra, soft, not sticky like some plastic ones are, effective for helping with mastitis or tender breast from feeding.

I compared these side by side with the momcozy ones for icing and prefer the momcozies. The fridamoms come in a crazy-thick, non-removable lining which isn’t as flexible and comfy as the momcozies. (FM’s are also a bit too big/bulky for my C-cups but they work, MC is just a bit smaller and way more flexible.) FM’s might be better for heat which I haven’t tried yet and more resilient in general since they’re so thick, but so far MC is better for icing and more flexible by far which I prefer. They come with a little cotton sleeve which you can take off to get some extra moments of icy cool whereas the FM ones just tap out sooner for cold and there’s nothing you can do but call it a day. Plus the MC ones can offer a more extreme icing right off the bat if you just leave the cotton sleeve off entirely, whereas the FM ones top off at a much less extreme temp since their casing is so thick.I wouldn’t be surprised at all if these are better for heat, the others might just melt lol, but these are definitely the wimpier-but-passable option for cold. I’ve only been using them to chill a bit after colostrum harvesting though, if the ladies were *truly* pissed off I might be more disappointed in the output from these ones and prefer the MC for more extreme cold, better longevity and more flexibility forming to the boob.

These are my favorite warming pad! They cover a lot more area and stay warm for quite a while.Make sure to keep an eye while in the microwave! The time to heat is spot and going over that can lead to burning yourself.They have lasted me months and definitely going to keep these for when I have my next baby. They are a life saver if you pump!!

I used the cold therapy for the times I was getting too engorged and clogged ducts were causing pain. Then I used the warm option prior to breastfeeding to promote better output. The material is soft on the breast and the size is appropriate for me, maybe a little on the bigger side. The quality seems to be good so I hope they’ll be able to last for a while.

Actually cold and cover a good part of boobs even if you have pretty big boobs (DD-DDD)

Greta quality! I love anything Frida Mom so far postpartum. Easy to use, no leaking that I’ve noticed and I love that the directions are on the hot/cold pack. Makes it a lot easier to find.
