Don't bother.
I am very disappointed with this purchase. The basic design flaw is in the positioning of the airstream with a single outlet (the copper tube near the nozzle). No matter how I adjusted the airflow and air pressure I could never get more than a foot or two of glue dispersion. If you turn down the flow, the glue goes nowhere. If you turn up the airflow then the glue blows up over the heater nozzle. This could have been fixed (probably) by them having three air nozzles in a triangular pattern, but alas not. I just hope it i not too expensive to ship it and all the extra packs a glue sticks back.

Better than building it myself
I bought this after looking at building one myself. Building one probably would have cost me about the same amount of money, but it would not have turned out nearly as nice. (And I would have spent a lot of time working on it.) I did like that it had the same specs as the DIY version I was looking at: nice wide tubing and adjustable air flow. You will need to purchase at least one quick release adapter if you don't have one already. As far as use: you will need an air compressor. Apparently with the size compressor I had I probably should have been using an accessory of theirs, but it worked fine for me without it. Do spend time practicing in smaller areas or projects as it will take time to get used to shooting web. Prestringing filament or fishing line should make webbing larger areas go faster as well as making clean up easier. I will note that I struggled to web larger areas where I couldn't constantly watch the tip.Clean-up: I used the Minions Web sticks. It came off of a plexiglass-like surface with rubbing alcohol. It's not easy to get clumps out of carpet. The stringy-webby stuff is much easier to clean up.
