Love this. A must if you do diamond painting and you dont like the bulky pens. Grip is comfortable, lightweight. And easy to operate.

This is one of those tools that you don’t realise you needed until you take a chance and buy it! Oh my goodness it makes life so much easier. Much faster and easier to place the diamonds accurately. I haven’t had to roll the wax yet to put in as it comes with one in and another 3 spare rolls but I can’t see rolling wax is going to be an issue. Very comfortable to use and a lovely soft grip provided too which means your hand doesn’t slip down the pen. So much better than the flimsy pens that come with the kits.

I really liked this two but after about 4 weeks of using when I tried to load in more wax it wouldn’t twist down anymore. Very disappointed as I was past my date to return. I am adding an update to this review and giving them 5 stars now as this company contacted me after reading my review above and have very kindly replaced the item that wasn’t working. Their customer service is outstanding and I certainly without hesitation would order from them again. Thanks again for being a company that cares for your customers.

Great item, tried all kinds and this is the best so far!

Loved this pen for about two months untill the second time i refilled it the pen came apart have brought another one because this was the perfect weight but if happens again wont be buying another

This is BRILLIANT. Though when people found out about it I was told I was gatekeeping =D It was really good value for how good it is. It's a good size, light and doesn't cause ache. Ive been using it for a long time and it's really useful. It's Durable and will last a really long time. You can use old wax squares and using your palms warm the wax then make it roll to refill them after you've run out of the ones provided.

I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. This pen works just like it says it should, it works amazing for both round and square drills and the wax lasts forever. I liked it so much I bought 2! It is very easy to use even with my arthritic hands and is the perfect size. Their customer support team is amazing and so pleasant to deal with and their delivery time is so fast. I will forever be a benote customer as they never disappoint!

I love this pen so much. I wish I had known about it when I started diamond art during covid. It saves me all that time I spend trying to pick up a drill with a pen that’s clearly needs more wax, but I don’t want to stop and fill it. My favorite part is the metal piece on the end that lines up your drills by putting them in the proper place in line. I’ve been trying forever to figure out how to make that happen and this just works beautifully so I’d have to say overall I am really happy with his purchase.
