Very effective ear cleaning that is soft on ears made from good quality materials. Very effective and perfect size to fit over your ear and still clean it. Good battery life.

I'm finding the Kaugic electric ear cleaner to be a total game-changer for my ear hygiene. Forget those risky cotton swabs that just push wax around; this device uses a gentle stream of warm water to genuinely flush out the buildup. It's safe, effective, and you can even pick the water pressure that feels right for you. The 2-in-1 design keeps things neat (no messy water running down your neck!), and you can even hop in the shower with it since it's waterproof. Just remember to use warm water and perhaps some softening drops first if your wax is stubborn. I plan to use mine maybe a couple of times a week. It's a smart, clean, and oddly satisfying little gadget for home use.

This works! I could not believe how well it worked and how easy it was to use. I used Debrox 1st...left it in for 10 mins and then used the device and I was amazed at what came out! Chunks of earwax...gross I know but so glad it's out and I could do it myself. I also used a mixture of half saline and water. I felt much more comfortable with using this the earwax camera device I purchased...this worked a 1000 times better and so much safer to use. So grateful for this purchase. :)

It feels good on the ear. The temperature protection is a good idea. This unit dose not reach all the way into my ear cana like I would have liked. All in all this is a good tool to have around the house.

It worked and worked well! I was actually surprised how well it worked. For about a week my right ear was clogged and I couldn’t hear anything out of it. I was so frustrated and thought I’d have to go to the doctors. I bought some ear wax dissolving medicine and that didn’t work. I took a chance and bought this machine thinking it probably won’t work either. Boy was I wrong! I won’t go into gross details about what came out of my ear but I was shocked. This felt so good and was felt like I was flushing out the right side of my head. I highly recommend this product and hope it works the same for you.

The KAUGIC Upgraded Ear Wax Removal Kit is a well-made, convenient device with some great features. I really like the rechargeable battery, which makes it easy to use anywhere without constantly changing batteries. The built-in water temperature sensor is a smart safety feature—it ensures the water is always at a comfortable temperature. Plus, the fact that it’s FSA/HSA eligible is a nice bonus. One thing to note: it works much better if you use an ear wax softener before cleaning. I didn’t get much wax or dead skin out using just the device alone, but after softening the wax for a day or two, it worked much more effectively. My only real complaint is the instructions—they weren’t very clear and could definitely be improved. I had to figure out how to use it through trial and error. Overall, it’s a solid product that does the job well with a little prep. Definitely a good option if you’re looking for an at-home ear cleaning system.

It’s a cheaply made product that doesn’t really work. All it is a water floss for your ear that’s more annoying than washing your ear normally.
