The media could not be loaded. Pathetic quality product - Leaking inlet outlet valves during installation - after 10 calls and 15 days had tp get fixed from our personal electricianAgain after 1 month of usage geyser tank is leaking badly that is being escalated everytime i am able to connect at thier call center(extreamly useless - all agents are always assisting other callers)Got sms on complaint being assigned to Gunjan electricals with POC and they tell we will not visit as we have billing issues with longwayWithout any technician visit after continuous complains for last 3 months, executive asks me to come on a watsapp video call and unscrew some screws myself to check exaxt reason for leakage ….Another point they raised is that its clearly mentioned in thier terms conditions that their product is not fit for multistorey buildings…Overalll very bad, defective products being sold with no service at all….warranty is also not honoured at all….Its a scam, Torture and full harrasment to buy and deal with LONGWAY and Amazon also does not helps dealing with these scammers

which is not working yet..When I switch this on, the whole house's lights go offI tried plugging something else in the same plug and found out if there was any problem with the plug. But the plug is working perfectly.When I first talked to Amazon customer care they told me to email the longway company and if there is no reply within 3 days then we will help youI had called & email the long way customer care before this but no one was responding there and when I talked to Amazon after this they said they will return it or make a replacementCall history... Amazon 20259 April - 14 April - 19 April - 25 April - 30 April - 3 mayI have talked to amazon customer care so many times but they always say the same thing that they will pick it up in 5 days ya 3.5.8 days. They have not brought any solution till now by saying this, they keep giving me excuses every time
