PopSockets Phone Grip for MagSafe, Magnetic Holder- Knurl Olive

Okay, so orange-y speckle isn’t exactly a color I would normally gravitate towards if I had my number one choice, however when I purchased this I really just wanted to try the brand out. I got a new phone upgrade, snagged a clear MagSafe case while I was waiting on a Loopy to come in-I’ve been a Loopy fan for years, but thought I’d give a pop socket a try. It’s GOOD!! I used this on my clear case for a while and then tucked it away. I recently purchased a cutie Christmas case that was MagSafe and it felt so naked w/o a holder. I remembered I had this pop socket, so I slapped her on there-they work for Burga cases BTW. Does speckle “clay” orange go with my burgundy red Christmas Cat case? Idk. But, it keeps me from dropping it. So I don’t care. To be honest, it’s really a pretty shade of orange, it’s definitely more of a terracotta -not a bright Fanta shade. The speckles look lavender also. It’s easy to get on and off-the magnet is quite strong, but not so strong that you have to pry it off if that makes sense? You feel safe knowing it’s not going to slide off your phone. It folds down flat enough to slide in your pocket or purse nicely as well as use on your phone mount. Seems like the quality is great also. I’d love to get one for my Kindle next. Adding pics so you can see the colors in bathroom lighting and one in outside lighting. Don’t judge my Christmas Case combo, if you do you’re getting coal from Santa. ;)

About a year after purchase, part of it broke. Sent my order number and a picture of the issue to popsocket support and they quickly gave me a code to order a replacement from their site at no cost. Which at that time even included a promotion that added a random extra top piece. That kind of service is what the high upfront price gets you.

The magnet is very strong and has a very solid connection to my case, Ive never been close to having it come off on its own, it can take a bit if effort to remove when you want to (which is a good thing). I enjoy how easily its expanded and can be used, as well as how flat it is when not in use. I had an issue with mine and contacted customer support via Pop Socket directly and they were extremely helpful and accommodating as well as quick to respond. They’re pricey but also a quality product that will last.

The strong magnet and grip assistance are 5 stars. The photo makes it appear as if the entire thing is honeydew color but it isn't. The top is a stainless steel color and material. I was disappointed and returned the first one. When the second one came it was the same disappointment. Didn't want to drive another 30 minutes into town to the ups store so I decided to keep the second one and deduct a star.

So I’m going to give this 5 starts just because it is a very nice, sleek, cute pop socket and it matched my orange iPhone 17 pro max perfectly. But I just had to return it only because the magnetic part of it just didn’t live up to my expectations. It didn’t take much for it to just pop off of the back of my phone. And for me as a person, I’m a little rough and so are my 2 kids when they use my phone so I was afraid it would come off easily and my phone would go flying and break or something. So the adhesive ones work better for me. But if you don’t mind it being able to pop on and off then I recommend this for anyone!

I'm a huge fan of popsockets. Have them on every device and mounts in several places. This magsafe popsocket is a GAME CHANGER. The only con to having a regular adhesive one is that you can't easily remove it for wireless charging or when you get a new case. This solves that. This popsocket is super smooth, beautiful and feels even more durable than the original. It also doesn't make my fingers hurt after long use. It snaps perfectly into place with my magsafe case and the hold is impressive, yet still easy to remove with a little force. I have the s26 Ultra which is quite heavy and this popsocket doesn't budge unless I pull it off. The included magnetic ring sticker was easy to install on my other non magsafe case and works just as good. Great value and Highly recommend if your a case addict like me. It fits in the popsocket mount the same as the original. There's no cons here!

Not super great for any older phones, had to glue mine back together because the magnet was so strong. similarly, this attachment will break your older popsockets when you take the magnet piece off. there's simply no way to wrench it off except by using the pop and it's really rough on the plastic

If you’re a fan of pop sockets this is what it is. Matte khaki, no swivel, mag safe (comes with sticker for device also). If you’ve not tried pop sockets my only advice is to be mindful that they’re not as long as they could be for my liking.

Was ich richtig gut finde: • Hammer-griffig: Das iPhone fällt mir fast nie mehr runter • Sitzt perfekt und bombenfest am MagSafe • Das kräftige Orange macht richtig Laune Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Im Portrait-Modus (Hochformat) steht das Handy nicht, im Landscape-Modus (Querformat) klappt es aber einwandfrei. Es gibt inzwischen spezielle PopSocket-Modelle, die auch im Hochformat funktionieren, aber die habe ich noch nicht getestet. Fazit: Ich nehme den PopSocket immer mal wieder ab, weil ich ein möglichst schmales, leichtes Handy haben möchte und mach ihn nach kürzester Zeit wieder drauf, weil mir der super Grip einfach fehlt. Für mich die beste Alltags-Lösung. Klare Empfehlung!
