Great fit and very functional for the Ninja PossibleCooker Pro
I am very happy with this purchase. This rack is designed for the Ninja PossibleCooker Pro (8.5-quart, model MC2001), and it fits inside the pot exactly as it should. I’ve already used it twice—once to make a pot roast and once for birria—and it worked perfectly for keeping the meat raised above the liquids at the bottom so nothing scorched around the edges.The little silicone feet are a great feature because they keep the metal from scratching the non-stick surface, which helps keep the inside of the pot looking brand new. The heat-resistant handles are also really helpful for lifting the rack out safely when everything is hot.It adds a lot of versatility to the cooker for roasting, steaming, or baking, and it's easy to fold down and put away when you're done. This is a wonderful addition to the kitchen that will get a lot of use this summer. Highly recommended.
