Versatile and well made.
Perfect little paring knife. Stays sharp. Nice weight. Quality material. Worth the money.

Good size and weight
The handle has a nice weight to it and it fits well in my hand. The blade is crazy sharp. Did just fine in the dishwasher. It doesn’t come with a sheath. It comes with a little tip protector that I promptly threw away. Without that tip protector, the knife would cut through the box during shipping. Definitely a good purchase.

One quality sharp knife!
This is one sharp, quality knife! Comfortable grip, and comes in a magnetic lid box. It's so sharp we store it in the box, and not with our other knives, to be safe.

Very nice
I’m going to write this review before I cut myself because this knife is very sharp. I have fairly small hands but this knife feel great in my hand. I will be careful.

An excellent choice
I have been purchasing KitchenAid knives for a while now and recently they started getting a little notches in them and I am not rough with my knives. I decided to try these knives and so far I absolutely love them. They are extremely sharp very easy to work with. Through no matter what it is, I’m cutting. Normally when I’m cutting larger items I use one of my larger knives however I decided to try this 5.5 inch knife and now I will never turn back.

Just be careful because it is Real Sharp
Oh, this knife is “wonderful”. Cuts like a razor blade and I definitely recommend it. Also, worth the price.
