⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I bought this pre-workout for my husband, and it’s now something he uses every day before training. He’s tried quite a few of the different flavours in the ABE range and has enjoyed mixing it up, but this one is definitely one he’d buy again.He says it gives him a noticeable boost in energy and helps him stay focused throughout his workout without leaving him feeling jittery. One of the biggest positives is that he doesn’t experience the crash afterwards that he has with some other pre-workouts.It mixes well, tastes great, and does exactly what he wants it to. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable pre-workout that delivers consistent energy.

Utilizzo questo pre-workout da alcune settimane e, per ora, posso dire che sta facendo molto bene il suo lavoro.Lo assumo circa 15 minuti prima di andare in palestra e gli effetti si sentono abbastanza rapidamente: già dai primi esercizi ho un aumento evidente di energia e concentrazione, che mi permette di iniziare l’allenamento con molta più carica.Un aspetto che mi preoccupava era il gusto, avendo avuto esperienze negative con altri pre-workout, ma in questo caso (Icy Blue Raz) devo dire che è abbastanza buono e si beve senza difficoltà anche con un utilizzo frequente. Si miscela bene e non crea particolari problemi durante l’assunzione.

Très bon goût. Pour les effets, c’est difficile à évaluer, je pense être accoutumé à la caféine.
