This is a very comfortable and very well-made pillow thatallows for personal adjustment even after purchase. It is a very firm pillow and I find that it effectively supports me while sleeping on my back and side. If you are a tummy sleeper, this would not be a recommended pillow for you. Other than that caveat, I think this is an excellent alternative to traditional pillows.

I don’t usually write product reviews. However, I have been so impressed by this pillow that I have to give credit to the creator/company. I have suffered neck stiffness and shoulder pain every single morning for over a year. I really thought it was stress or my age. Every single day I would have to take advil as soon as I woke up. Additionally, I have gone to the chiropractor and had to get massages with my neck pain always returning. I saw certain pillows advertised on social media costing $100 or more, so I did a little research. This pillow got praise and good reviews and was very affordable. Therefore, I decided to give it a try, I have to say, it it actually well worth the price! After just two nights I noticed a big difference in the quality of sleep and no shoulder pain and decreased neck pain. It has been about two weeks since I started sleeping with this pillow and I am now waking up with no stiffness or pain. I haven’t reached for the Advil in over a week! I’m so pleased with this purchase! Worth every penny!

This is a really nice pillow. I found it to be comfortable side sleeping and laying on my back. I like the side grooves for my wrist. I do think I was waking up with less neck pain within a couple of days of using this.

I used to have neck pain every morning, I don’t anymore. I like there are 2 edges that are different so you can choose the best fit. One side is a little flatter and wide, while the other has a narrower edge and sits higher. The material is very comfortable. It was a little awkward fitting it into the washing machine, so I hand washed it and laid it out to dry.

So I ordered this because my girlfriend had this pillow and my neck was killing me for a few weeks. I basically pulled a left side neck muscle and every way I would lay down, my neck would be cramping and painful. I tried hers out a few times and ordered it. Much better than trying to roll up a thing pillow to support my neck, that never worked well. This pillow fully gave me the support so that my neck wasn't strained. I usually hate firm pillows but this pillow is a bit firm but also seems to adjust to your weight in the right spots and give you full support. The side sleeping option actually worked well also which it wasn't working with any other pillow. I gave it four stars because I didn't feel like it was a "fit like a glove" comfort, but it works very very well and I would recommend it. You can tell they put effort in the material as well.

I have been having shoulder and neck issues for some time resulting in multiple PT sessions. Until I switched to this pillow the sessions were not as effective. This pillow is the perfect pillow that allows me to keep my shoulders on the mattress and not continually creeping up onto the pillow -which, on traditional pillows, would causes cramping of my shoulders and a very stiff and painful neck. The pillow stays cool so I don’t wake up with a hot head. This pillow fits a standard queen pillowcase (I use it on a king size bed with a King pillowcase and just fold the extra in and it’s not a problem). The pillow itself is not washing machine safe but it has a removeable cover that can be laundered. I highly recommend this pillow if you have shoulder or neck issues.

Comfortable and is what I expected

Fantastic pillow for support in all positions. I suffer from Anklyosing spondylitis and have fused vertabrae in my neck and lower spine. Have struggled to find pillows to alleviate pain when sleeping but this pillow has been perfect. Comfortable and supportive and now sleep and awaken with out troublesome neck & shoulder pain. Definitely worth the money

What a superior product this is. Excellent item, strongly endorse, alleviated my neck discomfort issue.

I like the support this pillow provides. Unfortunately, the pillow becomes downright uncomfortable when you change position in bed.
