This thing is pretty great. I was worried. It seemed small and flimsy, but for the price and as a first time above ground pool owner, I think it works great. It picks up so much more than I thought it would.

This product does a good job. Its not super fast it takes a little patience. For the cost it is well worth it. It is easy to useand simple to just add the hose.

Amaaaaazing little tool for above ground pools! I was naive when I bought my 10ft intex pool for the summer that my skimmer pump would take care off all the junk that would end up in the pool. Three weeks later and there was dirt, plant matter, dead flies Sunk on the bottom. After a mini freak out about how gross the pool was getting, I decided to look up pool vacs. IMMEDIATE STICKER SHOCK! I was not prepared to pay $100+ for an automated or 'fancy' pool vacuum. I would end up paying as much for the vac as the pool itself! After some scrolling I found this bad boy that checked all the boxes: 1. Affordable - you seriously can't beat less than $20 2. Compact - this can be broken down and boxed up when it's not needed and quickly put back together 3. Powerful - sucked up all the leaves, bugs, and junk from the bottom of my pool in less than ten minutes The removable mesh bags is amazing and easily cleaned out. Highly recommend this if you have a pool or spa that just needs some freshening up and you aren't looking to drop a ton of money. Does what the description says and does it well.

This review is strictly for the product and not the performance. Let me say first off that this feels super cheap. The fact that the box came open makes me think they sent me a return or just don't put any effort into packaging. Also, it is very small. This last point is my own fault for not seeing they used cm instead of inches. The brush head is just over 7 inches. The pole feels flimsy and I may take the advice of another review and fashion my own handle out of PVC pipe. I have an Intex pool - 48" deep and 15' across. I'd reurn it right now if I had a larger pool. This product is not worth the $40 I paid out of the box. Now, if it works incredibly well, I'll add a star but my advice is not to pay more than $20. I probably wouldn't have bought this if I'd been able to see it or hold it before purchasing. Do yourself a favor and move along to another product. UPDATE: So I have used this and I found it worked well. Definitely got the grit and leaves off the bottom of the pool where I could reach. Hose length was an issue but also I was elbow deep in the water to reach the center. My feeling about the handle was right on - too short and flimsy feeling. I will be DIY'ing a solution to this. Also, the small brush meant many passes even in my small pool. I did increase from 2 stars to 3 stars because it does the job. Just not very efficient.

Review is for the Poolwhale Vacuum. Used for a Coleman Spa. If you have one of the Coleman or Intex Spa's like I do this is a great option for a vacuum. I would use this for anything up to a 12 or maybe even a 16 foot steel walled above ground pool. Anything bigger than that and I would say yes, you need to go with the bigger, heavier duty vac. But for the purposes mentioned, it works fantastic. The instructions say not to use over a 20 foot hose due to pressure. Pressure needed to increase suction. But if your house is like mine with good water pressure, my porch hose is 50 feet and no problem. Plenty of suction. Good instructions. Easy to assemble. (took 2 minutes). Good suction even with a 50 foot hose. Worked great. There are really no negatives. This entire kit costs less than just a pole I had to use when I had an in-ground pool. Disassembles to fit into a small box. Easy 5 stars on this purchase. One note. The adapter between the hose and input on the vacuum head doesn't always lock right in. Easy, just push the round adapter forward and it will stay. You can always buy a better adapter at someplace like TS for a few bucks. They are the same type adapters but the big box home improvement stores and TS are heavier and better adapter. It would definitely be worth it to go with one of the better cheap adapters. I have no complaints. To get the pro pool level costs six times as much and is not needed for my purposes.

I am actually saying one to two stars PROS -sturdy plastic manufacture - all parts that were listed were in the box - fit together correctly -pole/ handle was not dented - included very easy explainable instructions - was lightweight and easy to maneuver -looks like any other pool vacuum of this model as far as appearance -easy to put pieces together and attach your hose Here is my problem Cons - did not fit my hose( the outer slide connector was not the right size or was manufactured wrong because the parts would not screw together 3 adults tried carefully many times with no luck (because it did not fit I had to combine pieces of my old vac and this new one to have one them at works ) - there is only one adapter hose piece included and if that is the case it should be more universal or manufactured better so the threads “line up “for a proper seal * could very well be a dud piece or this can be on ongoing issue I am unsure of that This is just the experience we had with this particular brand of ground pool vacuum.

Does a good job for what I'm using it for. Smaller kids pool. Scrubs anything slippery and slimy. I go slow with it and it sucks up fairly well. It works well for the price. You can see in the picture the part that was scrubbed vs not cleaned. So it's noticably working.

Works rather well and if you angle it at the surface, it will pull in anything floating too!

I have no problem with the suction but my water pressure is 2 bar. Easy to assemble, easy to use... Great product.

Do not hesitate if ur looking a pool hoover. We have a 10ft frame pool. I managed to rescue the water but needed something to suck up all the little bits from the bottom. I’m honestly very impressed. I read all the reviews and was unsure but it really does the job! What impressed me even more was if u angle it correctly it will even suck up the bits floating on the top! Super easy to assemble.
