YES ...YES.. YES.. Tastes great like an Orange vit. 'C'. easy to chew. I was truly wondering if and what I would feel or notice or not... You don't feel ' clear headed '.. you just know you are. My concentration is well focused and thoughts are deliberate and rational. No indecision !!!!!! This makes taking GABA easier. It's a little bit sweet but maybe that adds to what makes it so easy to take. I still get the tingling sensation that I get after taking the powder but it is bearable.

These taste like the classic kid's vitamins from the stone age and are easy to chew/dissolve. They can help with mood and sleep so I took mainly at night. I did notice they are sweetened with Xylitol so keep these away from pets as that ingredient can be toxic (especially to dogs). They helped with sleep some nights so they're worth a try.

As you can see by the title my little dude has a ton going on but it’s ALL genetic & I have most too. We’ve tried EVERYTHING for his ADHD including a non-stimulating prescription. That was the WORST decision ever. It brought him down TO much. So I got him back on this along with other natural supplements. He gets 1 with breakfast & 1 at bedtime. This REALLY works. I’ve tried other GABA supplements & NONE not 1 other works like this. I really LOVE NOW supplements in general as they’re local to us & I’ve used multiple products of theirs over the years. I’ll stick with this since he’s even said this makes him feel & they taste better then the other ones I’ve tried. This is a go to for us!!!!

The flavor is a bit sour and strong for my kids, but not the worst. At first they seemed like typical chewable vitamins. However after a month they got very chewy. I am not sure if they have gone bad. We didn’t notice sleep changes. They are chewable so no need to swallow. They seem to function as described- it is hard to know for vitamins.

Chewable GABA works instantaneously. It was recommended to me by a holistic nutritionist for anxiety and occasional scary thoughts . You need to use within a couple months per the other reviews, as they do soften and get a bit sticky. They are wonderful to chew as needed for tension, anxiety, stress, insomnia, or any situation where a person may experience some fear such as air travel. They are non-drowsy if I take them during the day. I like to chew 2 an hour before bedtime.
