Second time purchasing this Monitor. My sister liked the last one so well I gifted it to her and bought another. The newer model seems somehow lighter than the first and works even better. Great picture quality, good interface for both connecting to my computer and for watching t.v. without it. Plus, while some monitors and t.v.'s don't seem to know what to do with my sd-card readers when I plug them in...this one let me use the remote to rummage through files and load whatever pictures or videos I wanted with no problem

The good: 1-Really fluid android 13 experience. 2-Acceptable build quality. 3-Decent battery life. 4- DRM certified support. The BAD: 1-Is not a real 4k display (1080p upscaled) one of the worst display I’ve ever seen. 2-No HDR support (Only at 1080p but totally washed out. 3- Horrible viewing angles. 4- Weak volume. 5- No display controls (you already know why). 6- Netflix, Prime video, Yotube TV limited to 1080p. The most important: NON EXISTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT, please AMAZON put those Chinese manufacturers and sellers under control $1,000.00 for this it’s disrespectful to your customers. I don’t mind paying $1.5k for a quality product but no for this, waste of time, waste of money for Amazon for shipping etc. IT’S GOING BACK!!!!

Died less than 30 Days of opening and using with my Computer. First impressions are nice. The case it comes in and how everything is packaged is well thought out. The build quality seems to be good. The picture quality is good, not great, just good. Colors don't look as nice as my Innocn or Acer Fast Mini LED monitors but this monitor is 4k. The biggest issue is it stopped working after around 2 weeks of when I opened the box and started using it with my computer. I came home from work and turned on my computer. The other 2 monitors turned on immediately but this one just kept turning on and off, over and over and over. It seems several others from the reviews on Amazon as well as other message boards are reporting the same issue. It seems to have horrible QA for their power supply system. Others have issues with it dying in less than a year. I would avoid this monitor. The low price is not worth the head ache. I didn't open the box until around 3 weeks after i received it, and it died about 2 weeks after that...right after the return. window. Good thing for Amazon and their assistance.

This monitor is great, it took maybe 15-20 min to set up everything. I dont get all the hate for VA monitors, I had a Dell 27 4K monitor that I returned because of the IPS glow and I just couldnt stand it. The blacks on this screen is awesome and so are the colors. The viewing angle is even better than IPS. The refresh rate is only important if you are hardcore gamer but 60hz is perfect for watching movies/youtube, working, and playing games that dont require a crazy fast refresh rate. PROS: •great colors •big screen •has all the apps you need so you dont really need to hook up a xbox or playstation. •remote for volume control and going through settings (also has a joystick on the back of monitor) CONS: •the speakers are HORRENDOUS, like really sounds bad no matter what mode you set it to but I just hooked up a speaker via bluetooth but you can also use AUX-in (main reason for 4⭐️) •only one HDMI port •the stand only tilts up and down Some reviews mention it starting to glitch and stop working so I will have to update this if anything happens Update 7/8/2026: One year later and it still works and been a great monitor! 👍🏽

I’m not able to charge it anymore after several months. Left a message to the seller and hope they can figure it out soon
