Works really well and does exactly what it promises. It cools hot coffee quickly without watering it down, which is the main reason I bought it! It’s simple to use, easy to clean, and convenient for making iced coffee at home without waiting around. Absolutelyove this product! I love ice coffee all year round and some coffee grounds just don't work well in a cold brew machine. I love brewing from my regular machine but don't like watered down coffee. This thing chills your coffee in a couple of minutes. You fill 2 of the chambers with water and freeze. You brew your coffee right into it or pour from the pot. Then the coffee chills between the two chambers without watering it down. The price point is amazing and I am so happy I purchased it!
