Why did you pick this product vs others?: over 50?---put this in your morning coffee and you mushroom hot chocolate. no flavor, easily dissolves, loads of fiber!

Avoid This product to avoid non-stop issues
This product does not work after using it for several days. Now due to a mistake on their end I have two containers of it. I cancelled the original order in time (due to their shipping delay) but they still shipped it and it showed up 7 days later although it was a 2 day prime delivery. I reordered it and it showed up the next day. Now I have two containers and they will not take back the second one even though it was cancelled. I will never do business with this manufacturer again!!!

This product works!
This product really works. I have tried any number of daily fiber supplements to help with IBS Constipation and nothing was effective until now. I have been using this Metagenics product less than 5 days and results almost immediately. If you suffer from IBS C or simply chronic constipation , I highly recommend this product. 1 scoop per day has done the trick for me. Great product!!!

Works, but does not taste great.
This fibre supplement really works. I wanted to take a supplement that did not have the sugar content of the popular orange brand. However...it tastes terrible. I was expecting it to dissolve a little more with water, but the powdery consistency combined with the taste is a bit too much for me personally. I add a little orange juice and it is just fine. The main thing is that it works. I would buy again.
