It is "Lab Tested." I don't know if it is a third party or not.

Why does it say it supplies 90 mg of magnesium? Aren’t they supposed to be 500mg capsules of magnesium?

The 90 mg is elemental magnesium or pure magnesium. The 500 mg is compounded with other substances. In this case, it is glycine. The good news is that the magnesium/glycine bond is easily broken making the magnesium available to be absorbed. In some other supplements, like magnesium oxide, the bond is harder to break so lots of the magnesium goes down the toilet before it can be absorbed by your body. This is a good product and 90 mg of elemental magnesium is a good amount.

The Size of capsule is smaller than the other brand I was using with only 240 m. Why is it smaller?
