Melinda is a quality product. Just knowing the name you know you are receiving a product that is spicy, consistent and you are getting value for your money.

This is my favorite hot sauce by far. It isn't so spicy that you'll cry but its warm enough that it would really make a bowl of chili even tastier. I put this on sandwiches, eggs, over rice, anything. You can really taste the garlic and jalapeño without it being just straight spice and no flavor. I super recommend this if you like garlic!

If you're looking for a replacement for your favorite Jalapeno sauce (mine was Poblano Brand), then this is the one I would go for. It's not exactly the same, but equally as good, if not better than the Poblano brand. This sauce is nice and thick, and it pours well from it's easy-pour spout. This sauce was made for those that are going to reach for it often, and that shows in the design of the bottle. The sauce itself is fantastic! Full bodied Jalapeno flavor, with a nice garlic finish, and just the right amount of vinegar bite. This has become my new standard green sauce, with the Truff green held in reserve for special occasions.

Ok so while I'm a personal superfan of Melinda's ghost pepper sauce, a close associate of mine swears by the roasted jalapeño variant and I understand why. It's because he's weak, and can't take the heat. In all fairness this sauce IS delicious, but if you like spicy food in general, this won't hit the spot. Good as an additive to tacos, or fish, but if you're looking to break a sweat you'll need something extra.

It's pretty good, but a bit sweet, so it isn't as versatile as some hot sauces. But for things like Mexican food, I'm sure it's great. It's fantastic on egg sandwiches.
