Are you able to change out the band on this watch?

In looking at it, I believe it can be changed. It is attached like most bands. But, why would you want to? It is a very nice band.

Is this a dress watch? Are hands luminous?

For me, a retired construction worker, it's pretty dressy. However, I don't know that you'd call it a dress watch. It is very good looking; great dial, with blue minute and hour hands. I'm not sure if they're luminous.

Is this supposed to have a quick change date? I pull out the crown halfway and it does not change the date like my other watches.
