ggThis Newport H2 model runs SMALL!
Once you get the right size they're incredible. I wear a size 10.5 (10.6-10.7 measured size) Rarely, do I ever have to go up or down a size. I bought a pair of Keen shoes back in 1992, they were very snug at size 10.0(regular width), and they did lossen up across the tops a few millimeters. little . The last 5 years, I've had too many surgeries. I also can't put shoes on without assistance or a device. My fantastic gal struggled a great deal to get these great older keen shoes on my feet when we put them. They were too tight and I couldn't get them on myself, but they stretched out a couple millimeters. Amazon says they fit true to size. But if you dig through the two and three star reviews you'll see people complaining that these shoes run a half size smaller, thus I bought these at size 11.0. THEY WERE TOO SMALL! Even with the elastic laces as loose as possible they made deep impressions on my feet! I bought a size 11.5 and returned the 11.0 pair. THEY ARE EXCELLENT TO WEAR NOW! My gal really likes the color and pattern. It's not bright and shiny, The colored knitted webbing is strong and sturdy, And does my last pair contests to it doesn't stretch. THE SAD PARTS😭😭😭 I bought these during Prime Days in June, 2026. I paid $79.95+tax. That's a great price for these shoes. I returned them, got my full refund, and had to pay $116.95+tax. I received these shoes today, they are selling for $94.76...today. That is the really sad part.

Love the Shoes, musings on my experience with sizing
These sandals protect your feet pretty well, around the house and on trails. They are not as good in that respect of course as solid hiking shoes, but they are an alternative, especially for summer. I will say no more on that, other than after wearing them now for 3 or 4 months I have really grown fond of them, and I am particular about my shoes. Open toe sandals are comfortable, but banging your toes is not, nor is hurting yourself because you wore an unstable shoe. Regarding sizing, my foot is a 12, a pretty standard foot I would say. My foot measures 11 1/4 inches, exactly at the standard size 12 length. I have several pair of these sandals now, both in size 12 and 13. Both sizes work fine for me. I actually think I prefer the 12's, they are a bit more solid on my foot. I expect to wear the 13's more often when it is cold with socks, to give me a little more space. But I can wear the 12's with socks just fine. I have not trouble putting the 12's on or taking them off, just push your foot all the way in and the heel strap will slide on easily. They stretch out after you have worn them awhile, I can't tell much difference between wearing a 13 and a 12. In fact to test myself I put on a pair not knowing the size (I have the same color in both sizes). I guessed that I was wearing the 13 and I was incorrect, I was wearing the 12. I have also walked around with a 12 on one foot and a 13 on the other. I found no major difference between the two feet. I also have the leather version in size 12, they seem just a little bigger than the polyester but not enough to matter much. In summary, at least for me, the issue people have about sizing is very overblown. I would get a 12 1/2 if it existed, but I have often felt that way with other shoes. For me it is either a 12 or 13, and generally I prefer the 12. I have enough toe room in the size 12 of these sandals, they fit fine, around the house, walking trails with my dogs, and of course in the water. They really do dry out fast, If they get wet I just let them dry and put on a different pair. 5/5/23....I still feel the same after wearing these pretty much constantly for a few months. You may think that there is not enough toe room because you may feel some sensation at the toe at times. My bigger sized 13's have that same sensation, that is just due to the rubber caps at the toe. I feel no pressure on my toes walking down steep hills, that is the acid test for toe room. I definitely prefer the 12's to the 13's. They stretch out and the 13's can feel just a bit loose. But the 13's are fine, I can wear either with no complaints. 6/26/23...Still feel the same, I have a pretty standard size 12 foot, size 12 in this shoe works well for me. I have size 13 as well but will use those with socks when it is cold, I like the better stability of the size 12. I really love these shoes. I put on an open toe sandal yesterday for the first time in awhile, yeah more comfortable, but banged my exposed foot twice, and that hurts. I am sold on the closed toe. You have to take the shoe off when you get little pebbles or something inside the shoe, but they slide off and on easily. Great in the water, I have never had pain from banding my foot walking the trails with my dogs since I started wearing them, and they really have good support. Dry quickly after being in the lake.

extremely narrow toe box even for a wide
the actual shoe / clog is well made. Im a true 9 wide/ extra wide foot. Keen "markets" these as "wide", i even bought the "wide" model. As soon as i put these on they were cutting off circulation to my pinky toe. These are incredibly narrow. Anybody who has a wider foot up top where your toes are - i won't recommend. Very narrow. I wouldn't even size up because then they'll just be too long. UPDATE: So i gave in because i love the outsole toughness with the sandal like upper, and sized up a half inch. My heel goes wiggle up and down a bit. I did a mile walk in these on pavement - formed a bit of hot spots under my forefoot, and under my toes. Slight rubbing against the sides as well, created friction, but no major rash. Let's see if these break in. Coming from a barefoot background - i wanted a "tank like" sandal which is this. You can certainly "feel" it when walking, unlike barefoot shoes like the vivo ultra 3 i have and my regular crocs "classic clog". So this would be my durable shoe if i need to go into an area that needs more protection. Cool and useful shoe. Only thing is compared to my crocs fisherman sandal - these dry when fully wet in 7 hours total, when my crocs fisherman dries in 1 hour. Keep that in mind as well. if i didn't want a more heavy duty sandal - i would go with crocs fisherman any day. UPDATE : They have expanded a bit in toe box width - as for this i would bump up to 4 solid states. Makes a world of a difference for guys with extra wide feet. If they can only widen them a bit more it would be perfect! I also am a true 9 most 9s fit me perfect, these so tend to run a half size small so order a half size up!

KEEN NEWPORT H2 SANDLES AMAZING COMFORT 4 ACTIVITIES IN OR OUT OF THE WATER. WORTH THE PRICE .
I am not a sandle wearing guy. The wife "suggested" sandles for beachfront vacation. Ok-I am so glad I chose theese Keen Newport H2. These Keen Sandles are really incredibly comfortable to walk around in. They have the comfort of a good walking shoe with an arch support, toe gaurd and the comfort of a beach, and versatility of water shoes. They dry quickly, not the easiest footwear to put on and take off wet or dry. Very good sandle/ walking/water shoe. I typically wear an 11 EE, I tried the 11- Wide and the fit is perfect. They provide good stability. I rarely rave about any shoe, but these Keens are really confortable walking the sandy beach, in the water or shopping somewhere. A bit pricy, but I must admit it- this Sandle seemed actually worth it's price. Now, with very limited usage. The finger pull ring sewed to the back strap (fir assisting you in pulling the sandle over your heel pull out. A thread pulled out and the shoes are near usless if you can't put them on. This is not like the Keen Brand- normally built like a tank for durability. So I will be reaching out Keens cust. Service thru Amazon. Ill post update dates as I receive them. My hope is they stand behind what appeared to be another High Quality Keen Product. Hope they support their products. A single thread holding the back pull loop pulled out.

Performing very well as expected.
These are a very good looking sandal once unboxed, and after three trips and much daily use these past three months they are holding up well. Water truly does not bother them and they bounce back still shining and sharp. Size is as expected for me (US Size 13, medium width) and the fit is spot on. I am very happy with these sandals.

Tough Comfortable Waterproof Sandals
This is my second pair of Keen Men’s Newport H2 Closed Toe Water Sandals. They are truly worth every penny - especially if you catch them on sale! Footbed is very comfortable, durable and shock-resistant. Super simple on/off with the finger-loops. Laces adjust with the slider and the lock works! They’re PERFECT for kayaking! They drain and dry quick. Happy customer and would definitely recommend.

Loved the shoe from Keen.
Though the Amazon seller sent the wrong size, but I only realised it after using the pair. If you're looking for a shoe that's great for hikes around water, this one is very comfortable and provides excellent grip, even when crossing streams. I recommend going half a size up if you plan to use them in water, as they tend to fit better that way.
