You can notice pump and improved strength after a month of regular use ( not loading just 3 gm per day) but it's solubility is a issue. It doesn't dissolve easily you have to add it in hot water or mix for 1 minute or something for proper dissolving. I am using it for more than a month and I have seen no side effects no hairfall but just you have to go for pee often 😅😂 Overall descent but store in proper condition otherwise it may form lumps.

I have used micronised creatine from wellcore and nutrabay earlier. The first thing that I noticed about this product is its slow solubility in plain water, Nakpro creatine took almost 3x more time to mix completely in plain water. Since, I've just started using it, it's too early to comment on its functional benefits. I shall comment on the same when I see noticeable result from this product.
