You may say it’s pricey at first sight, but once you use it for about 2 weeks, you’ll say it’s worth it! I love the shade and it tingles a bit a first but not painful. Wish I took before photos. I’m a Black American brown toned woman and it’s helped my lips soo much, I will buy over and over again until I get these braces off, which is why my bottom lip darkened.

What it does: Brings back color to dark lips. I’m not sure what it does if your lips are naturally dark but it has begun to restore the original color of my lips. How often I use it: I use it about 4x a day How does it feel: It smells pleasant and doesn’t have much of a taste although I make it a point to avoid licking my lips when wearing it. It dries your lips out so I put on EOS balm about 20 min after I put it on. How long have I been using this? 3 days. Anything special I’ve done? My last application is always before bed. I apply and go to sleep. No lip balm over it. I also use nicolips lip scrub once every morning. Progress: My lips aren’t quite the pigment they originally were but this is the most pink I’ve seen them in years. Why did I buy this? Over the years my lips got darker. I used to have allergic reactions to different lipsticks and glosses and my lips would peel a lot and my lips would take on a grayish color. Life is stressful so I smoke about 4x a week and I noticed my lips became even darker. I hated the way it looked in pictures. It was embarrassing. I always had to wear tinted lip gloss. I felt so insecure. Is it worth the cost? ABSOLUTELY. My lips aren’t really peeling very much but my lips peel regularly. I think since this is a little drying the peeling continues. I’m wearing clear lip gloss tomorrow and I’m only 3 days in. Maybe the results depend on the severity and the amount of time it takes to work varies. I can only speak for my situation. Try it! *UPDATE* you have to continuously use this to maintain the results which leads me to believe this is some sort of lip stain. Also, the second tube I purchased wasn’t as effective as the first tube which makes me wonder if the formula is consistent in each tube/batch. It’s still the best solution so I’ll continue to use it. If the goal is looking for lighter lips, it satisfies that goal so I’d say it’s still worth it. One more thing: if you have dark spots in the corners of your lips due to angular chelitis this product will work wonders. It lightens the dark spots so you won’t look like you have a dirty mouth anymore. I’ve tried lip scrubs, dark spot treatments, etc. This is the only product that got the corners pink.

I got sunburn on my lips - use SPF chapstick in the summertime! I’ve been using the lip cream for about a week in addition to a homemade turmeric lip scrub bi-daily (turmeric powder, sugar, lemon + honey) and am already starting to see a difference in the brightening effects. The shipping takes quite a while - almost two weeks - but the seller does indicate it will ship out around 4 days to account for the delivery time. It isn’t a chapstick or gloss, rather a lite lip cream, as described, with a faint pink tint. It is minimally moisturizing so I would suggest adding a layer of your own lip balm of choice in tandem. I wait around 5-10 min after applying to add a moisturizing gloss and have been applying around 1-2 times a day, as I remember. I am loving what I’m seeing so far. I can imagine it will continue to improve my lip pigment with continued use. I’ll try to remember to share an update after a month.

It works well but 1 important needs to happen! I’ve bought the products twice! And it definitely works well but..I have very dark 2 tone lips and I don’t smoke but it lighted my top lip well after consistent use. After 2 weeks I saw full results. But one of the biggest issues I have the this product is how it’s preserved! Idk what kind of ingredients are used to preserve this product or if anything is being use but they need to use a chemical to bind it product so it preserves better! After having it for 1 month the product starts separating and starts to smell very bad..the liquid and the cream in the product separates very fast…idk if it needs to be refrigerated or what but if they get that part together…it would be a perfect product! I also noticed they changed the tube to something better and that helped a bit but…they need someone with knowledge in preservatives to keep the shelf life stable 🙏

A photo is worth a thousand words! But first, you must use at least SPF 30 on your lips!!! Forever! I have always had pigmented two toned lips, my whole life and I’m guessing it’s from UV exposure and never wearing spf on my lips. I decided to try this out but I was very skeptical because I’ve tried other products in the past that were a total let down. Seeing other people’s results gave me the encouragement to try it. So my photos are attached. There is a significant difference in my lips after 30 days of using this 4 times a day. In the beginning, I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to keep up, but by the 3rd day, I started to notice some lightening and that was enough to keep me on track. I always apply a generous layer to throughly coat my lips; like re-dipping the wand 4 times. And day by day, the results just got better and better! For the first 2 weeks this was all I wore on my lips besides lip spf. But in the third week, I decided to use a hydrating lip balm more frequently. I didn’t find this to be drying, the texture feels like lotion. So whenever my lips felt naked, I’d just reapply this. I carried it everywhere around the house and on the go. As for exfoliating, I used Laniege lip mask at night and in the morning, I’d rub my lips with a damp wash cloth. I think this is more effective than lip scrubs. The exfoliation that will happen with this is probably nothing like you’ve experienced before, but trust the process! About 3 weeks in, I discovered a lip exfoliating treatment by Dr Idriss from Sephora, so I started using that. Works great! So I use it first then apply Laneige about 10 minutes afterwards. For anyone complaining of shipping, I initially got mine in a day or two but this item is a hot seller so I know that seller is trying their best to keep it in stock with 2-day but as I write this, 5k people ordered this in the last month. And I have already ordered another tube. I don’t use it 4 times a day anymore, I’m finishing up my first tube and now only using it at night for maintenance. So, does it work? YES! Is it worth the wait? YES! Would I recommend it? YES! Don’t forget to wear lip SPF 30 or higher. The ones I reach for are from Dermatone, Colorescience, Attitude Oceanly, Tizo and InnBeauty. Lipfidence will reveal new skin so make sure you protect it.

Dammit this stuff works! It has already lightened my lips after using the x/ day as recommended. I also have been using my body sugar scrub and this is keeping my lips moist and plump. It’s hella expensive but I am a fan! I’ll keep posting updates !

While this product functions as intended, the tubing needs to be replaced periodically, and the color has shifted to a brighter pink over time. I have purchased multiple items from this brand, and customers expect occasional discounts given the frequency of purchases. Considering the price point and the quality of the tubing included, the product feels cheaply made, as the plastic begins to peel after a few months of use. I also reached out to the owner regarding color issues I experienced, but the response suggested that they do not prioritize valuing their customers. This experience was disappointing, especially since I prefer to support owners who genuinely appreciate and value their customers' loyalty.

I love these product before the packaging was a hard plastic or it was a glass I bought it 3x and the tiny tube lasted me 6 months I emptied 3 tubes & my 4th purchase it was different packaging it’s plastic like lipbalm & it was a bit expensive that’s the only con there price of this lipgloss/lipstick getting Hugh the more u buy ittt… but I think it’s worth it I can use this for half a year I’m the type of person that isn’t a fan of girly stuff like lipstick but I love pinky natural color & nudes my skin color that’s why I picked this❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ like I said I hope they lower the price that’s the only con it’s $23 for a small tube 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
