Nice ,tast is wonderful, I buy again and again, and 100% safe low calcium and d vitamin, best for health, daily one or 2 days per one I use ,,some times daily 2 ,, as you wish ,,meal or any type food eat after take in mouth , without food daily you take mean side effects,, recommends any food after take it ,, without food some types brand have but high doses calcium make unhealthy and stone come in kidneys or etc ,, this brand I like so must and 100% safe i feel after using 2 months , before i used usa expensive brand but not happy,,
