Easy to charge with a USB. One charge gives you several sessions of warmth. The mask is high quality smooth material that feels nice against my face. It is large enough that it does not let any light in - so this is good if you use it for a mid-day nap. The button to turn it on also toggles to high heat (red glow) or low heat (blue glow). It turns off automatically. I have only used the low heat setting, so far, and I find that quite relaxing - helps me drift off to sleep. Use of this mask once a day is making a big difference for my dry eyes. I am so glad my doctor advised warm compresses instead of constant use of eye drops. This works! I recommend this product.

I have owned quite a few sleeping mask and several heated ones. This one is by far the best I have ever owned. First it is reasonably priced. It's soft and extremely comfortable. It blocks out light perfectly. A big plus with this mask is It's cord free. This feature is so very convenient. It charges fairly quick depending on how much it needs to charge. Light weight and comfortable. Additionally it shuts off after about 15 minutes. I would buy again and again.

Purchased this for my elderly mother who suffers with eye pain and dryness. She loves it! The heat level is perfect, it helps her relax and give her eyes comfort. Appreciate the simplistic functionality of this mask and that it has an automatic shut off system in place, as she tends to fall asleep with it on. The price is on point!

I have MGD or dry eyes and only 25% of my oil glands function. This mask does not release oil from my eye glands. My Bruder microwave heated eye mask works better. After 10 minutes my eyes feel much better. They are initially blurry from the oil released then clear up. I purchased this mask thinking it would do the same only better since it is portable and rechargeable. Possible reason is there is more heat at the top of the mask, virtually none at rhe bottom and it is also double paded. If you are looking just for a sleep mask (relaxation and comfort) I would recommend.

This eye mask is incredible!! I use mine every night and have bought it for my friends and family. I feel like it really helps with sleep and the heated part is a perk! Many people worry about getting burned or it being too hot but it is just warm and it turns off automatically to prevent that! Only thing that I will say is it needs do be charged often, but I just plug it in when I wake up in the morning and it works great! The cover is washable as well you just take the cover off! Highly recommend this!!

Crap. Worked maybe 12 times, all of the sudden stopped heating up. Acts like it charges, acts like it turns on, no heat.

This mask was super simple to begin using. Just plug it in to any standard USB outlet with the included cable and it charges fully rather quickly. Pressure on the eyes was just right for me out of the box, but it is adjustable, should you need to. The heat setting was not too hot and in fact, (I guess this is a bonus feature), after a few minutes the circulating started to feel like my eyelids were being massaged. As mentioned by other reviewers, this mask is 100% light-blocking. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast I fell asleep using this. I wipe mine clean with a disposable baby wipe and it is dry within minutes. I already recommended this to my roommate who literally has to unplug anything that emits the slightest amount of light in order to fall asleep.

I am rating this product after one month of use. This has been one of the best purchase under USB mask. Pros: 1. Good decent pricing 2. Very gentle fabric and big mask to cover your entire eyes. 3. Even heating 4. 1 full charge works for 3 uses 5. Easy to wash and Maintain 6. After waking up keep it by your side press the button and use it, no fuss, its that simple. The cordless feature makes it very convenient to use and carry and can be used anywhere without the wires. So I would say it is good to have product if you are looking for warm compress. Update post 4 month of use: 1. Battery has started working erratically. 2. Now after charging its not even providing one use also properly. So in long term use battery is one area of problem. Now how should I repair no instructions also.
