Excellent Quality Electric Blanket with Exceptional After-Sales Support
The electric blanket is of very high quality and works perfectly. The material feels premium, heating is uniform, and overall it’s been very comfortable to use. After about a month of usage, I faced a small issue with the blanket. I contacted the after-sales team and had an excellent experience. Mr. Nitin from the support team handled my case very professionally and politely. He arranged a replacement without any hassle and even got the new blanket delivered directly to my home. This is easily one of the best after-sales service experiences I’ve had. Really appreciate the prompt support and customer-friendly approach. Highly recommended product and brand!

It doesn't get heat.
It doesn't get heat. This takes a very long time to warm up Probably the heater is of cheap quality Definitely not Value for money. This blanket is not even getting warm I want to return it but no one came to pick it up and i have already submitted a request.

Heating
Heating is good but the only issue is that there are 2 different chords for heating on both sides. This is a bit uncomfortable as you need to have 2 sockets for it and at proper distance to plug in the wire. Otherwise the product is good.

Excellent Product- Super after sales service support
Best product and even great after sales service. I bought two blankets, however, one of them encountered small heating issue. The after sales team of the vendor was extremely proactive in getting the product picked from my place, fixed the problem and returned it safely to me in no time. This professional behaviour of the product team was beyond what I had expected. I would strongly recommend everyone to go for Tapish Blankets for extreme cold weather
