Lifewit 50L Slim Laundry Basket with Lid, Narrow, Removable Bag, Beige

This slimline (50l) laundry basket is very easy to assemble, even for me ! It has a bamboo top with a lid hinged by strong fabric. It's dimensions are as per the sales information. It is robust once the rods are inserted (not difficult), and the fabric canvas outer skin hangs nicely and matches the advertised colour. If a bit crinkled just put a heavier item inside for a while to pull out any creases. The inner detachable bag is held by toggles which do not accidentally come off as one reviewer suggested, though they are a little fiddly to unhook. I wanted a smart looking basket for the bedroom and this is it. Slender so it can fit between furniture if required. Good value I think. Very pleased.

I bought this Lifewit 50L slim laundry hamper for my son, and it has been brilliant. It holds a full week’s worth of his clothes with no problem, despite looking quite compact. The fabric hasn’t sagged, the bamboo handles are sturdy, and the removable inner bag is really handy for taking laundry straight to the machine. The lid also makes the room look neater by hiding everything inside. It folds up easily if you want to store it, but we’ve kept it up all the time because it’s genuinely useful and surprisingly durable. Overall, a great space-saving laundry basket that’s tougher than it looks. Highly recommend it for kids’ rooms, small bedrooms, or anyone who needs a slim hamper that still holds plenty

Picked this up to fit in a narrow gap in the bedroom and it does exactly what it says on the tin. The bamboo frame looks really nice and feels a bit more stylish than your average plastic laundry basket which is a bonus. The removable bag is handy and makes emptying it easy enough. Assembly was straightforward and it feels reasonably sturdy once it's all put together. My only gripe is the size. The 50L sounds generous but in practice it fills up faster than I expected so if you've got a busy household you'll probably find yourself emptying it every couple of days. Fine for one person but maybe not ideal for more. Overall it's a decent basket and it looks good but the capacity is a bit misleading so just bear that in mind before you buy.

This 50L wash basket is perfect for me, absolutely EASY to build up quite a lot of room inside, the liner again, so very simple to attach, very smart looking, only slight disappointment is that the lid is a bit flimsy on opening up and closing- but not a great problem does its job overall very happy and was a good price highly recommend this

I bought 2 black 65 ltr narrow baskets. Easy to put together, the quality is good and looks really nice, better than the plastic ones. Material can be sponged down if necessary which is a bonus. There is a wooden flap that sits neatly on top of the basket and a generous size pullout bag so that you don't have to remove the whole basket. There is a loop at the side of the basket which makes it easy to move around if need be. It fits neatly into small spaces and blends well with my Ikea Hemnes units.

It was also pretty easy to get upright and ready to use. What I like The hamper looks good and has a nice minimalist style — fits well into a clean, modern room. The design and colour give a tidy, aesthetic vibe — not bulky or ugly like many laundry baskets. Setting it up was straightforward and quick; no complicated assembly needed. What I didn’t like It’s smaller than I expected — 50 L seemed like it would hold a fair amount of laundry, but in practice it fills up quicker than I thought. For its size, it feels too expensive — I don’t feel like I got good value for the price I paid. The durability is questionable: one of the support sticks broke just by putting some weight on it (not even overloading it). That’s disappointing for a “slim-foldable” hamper — it suggests the structure isn’t sturdy enough for regular laundry loads. Overall impression If you want a stylish laundry hamper that looks nice in a tidy room and don’t expect huge capacity or heavy use, this Lifewit hamper works for a light load or minimal laundry. But if you need a durable, roomy laundry basket — or want good value for money — I’d probably look elsewhere. The small size and flimsy build make it feel overpriced, especially given the breakage after minimal use.

I’m really happy with this laundry basket overall. The design is both practical and nice-looking, and it was very easy to assemble. One of my favourite features is the inner bag, which can be detached and carried directly to the washing machine—this makes it very convenient for everyday use. The only downside is that it arrives very tightly packed and folded, which leaves the fabric quite wrinkled. I’m not sure if it will fully smooth out over time, and it does affect the overall look a bit. Otherwise, it would look really nice. Because of that, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5, but overall I still think it’s a great and practical product.

Perfect for the awkward space behind my door. Sturdy and easy to assemble. Probably best for one person (65L) but can be for two if you do laundry weekend :)
