Good toaster from philips. Its a user friendly product Two things lagging from the toaster is: 1. There’s no auto pop-up feature available in the toaster. 2. There’s no covering lid for the toaster. Other than this toaster works good with 8 Browning settings for each different needs. There’s a separate bun rack for heating buns, pastries and croissants. There’s even option of Reheat and defrost. Below there’s a removable tray for cleaning the bread crumbs. Overall a good purchase. Thank you Amazon and cloudtail for shipping this product safely and for the best price.

Without a doubt, this is the best toaster i have ever used. This is not a pop up toaster but the cut off pop sound is loud whereby one can lift the toast brackets and serve same on a plate. The toast brackets do flex so its easy to make a sandwich and put in in for getting a perfectly grilled sandwich.:pve this feature PROS 1) Outer shell never heats 2) Thermostat is from 1 to 8.. even at 6, the toast browns but will never burn, this is very rare with toaster as in most , one cant put the thermostat setting over 3. 3) Crumb tray is very easy to pull out 4) Bread slices taken out from the deep freezer and directly toasted.. takes a while as heating is gradual but toasts are perfect and crisp 5)Build quality of the push down button/ switch to start toasting is very good and so is overall build Cord length is a tad short but i have it placed next to a switch board so not an issue. overall, this is without a doubt an exceptionally good toaster / grill maker

Never thought breads, pavs and buns cud taste so yummy after toasting.. this toaster is a gem in the kitchen.. trust me great quality.. breads are toasting evenly from all sides and the grill rack and its function is icing on d cake in a toaster.. its amazing.. yes one short side it doesn't pop up the bread (grill rack version) but since u can actually toast 4 at once in grill rack and hence u dont need the pop up feature i wud say .. this is better than those pop up Toaster .. infact i had Philips pop up version worked for years (the other one in this product list) and this grilling version is infact better..

This not a toaster it's a sandwich heater and a croissant heater and that's what they have adverty the most. But it is not a pop up toaster. If you have to Toast a bread you have to put the sandwich grill manually and then take it out manually if you directly put the toast inside you will have to take out the toast by turning the toaster upside down. Also the bread holding area is so wide the bread would fall on one side or the other, probable reason is that it designed to accomodate that grill for sandwich heating. Overall if you want a toaster ,this isn't what you want, if you want a sandwich maker,go for a sandwich maker , this doesn't serve any purpose. This cost 2800 in india, you would get a decent toaster in even 600 which will function well

Nice product

Product looks good, but it has a problem with popping up the toast. It get stuck in side.

If you are looking for pop up toaster it's not that type means toast once pop up but not came out.. Otherwise no issues.. I gave 4stars as I wanted a pop up n it's not working the way I wanted..
