There is hardly any soft top layer on the coir. It is very difficult to sleep on the mattress as if you are sleeping on the wood. Quality is highly compromised. Even after 07 days return request Kurlon retailer ltd has not initiated the refund process. It shows highly audacious policy of the retailer.
