You get what you pay for!! Finally pans that work on all burners on my induction oven. I’ve had some cheaper pans that didn’t work well even though they said they were induction friendly.

I also own 2 Hexlcad pans and wanted to expand my collection, but at a lower cost so I searched reviews and came across these and I was skeptical. Honestly, I love them! I’ve used them daily. My first test for a new pan is always scrambled and fried eggs. I used adequate fat- butter on the eggs and there was no sticking and the utensils they came with are perfect! I kept them at a low- medium heat and there was no sticking. I’ve used them for steak, shrimp, ham steaks and more (with olive oil) and nothing has been a disappointment. Take the time to get to know your pans and how they need to be seasoned and don’t scorch them on a high heat and these are great! In addition to this I grabbed an 11 piece set on another site and I’m happy with them all. They are easy to clean with a scrub daddy sponge or dish brush (things I already use). Just be sure to dry them off after hand washing. Take the chance if you’re on the fence- you won’t be disappointed.

First, I consider the sizes of these two pans to be ideal for any household of one or two people. These Henckles pans are now my go-to for stovetop cooking. After watching numerous videos on various types of pans (including different titanium models) I decided on Henckels for two main reasons—the price is much lower than the comperable popular brand, and virtually all of the video reviews on Henckels' pans are positive and demonstrate how to use this type of pan for the best results. This cookware works best for me because I don't like to cook with high heat, and these are nearly always "non-stick" when used properly—i.e., with low to medium-high heat and using butter or other fat or oil on the surface. Even with non-stick coated pans, I prefer to use oil or butter just for the added flavor. I also prefer to use metal utensils (gently) with these pans rather than wood or silicone tools since the surface seems to be sufficiently scratch-resistant. Also with these pans, I am able to use the glass lids from non-stick coated pans I've discarded. The pans work perfectly with most standard-sized lids. For cleaning, I simply use a natural-bristle brush with a little soap, and the pans look like new. No scrubbing so long as I cook as recommended by the manufacturer and not with the heat too high. For those times when the temperature does go too high, a simple soak with warm soapy water makes cleanup easy without any abrasives. I would recommend these pans to anyone who loves to cook with low-cost/high-quality cookware.

Great set, cooks well

Disappointed in performance! Scrambled eggs stuck and a real pain to clean despite pre-heat and use of oil prior to use. Seems like well made, but after a month performance not on par with cost
