Good for increasing activity in office job.
Using it at work under my standing desk to get some exercise since I'm not as active with my new job. Works great and it's easy to set up. The speaker is quieter than other walking pads I've tried in the past which is nice since I don't want to be disruptive to my office neighbors (constant beeping from starting or stopping or changing speed). I don't like that it has a limit on walking speed when you first get it (unlocks higher speeds after the user walks 6 miles on it) but you can bypass this if you use the mobile app so it has an easy fix. Folds and unfolds well. You can feel the fold line when you walk on it but it's not really a problem as far as walking. Machine runs pretty quiet and I haven't had complaints about noise from co-workers. It's a bit on the heavy side but once set up, it's easy to move with it's wheels, just make sure the cord is unplugged from the unit so it can roll and then stand up against a wall when folded. Has a nice size walking area so I don't feel like I'm cramped into a small walking space (I'm 5'7" if that helps for perspective). Takes up little space once folded. Hard to determine durability since I just got it, but it feels quite durable and doesn't seem to be cheaply made.

WalkingPad R2 One Month In Review
After a bit of back and forth, I finally decided to bite the bullet and invest in a walk pad for my home gym. After performing a bit of research and reading a ton of reviews, I narrowed it down to the Goplus 2 In 1 Folding Treadmill and the WalkingPad R2 Treadmill. The question now was, which would I choose? While they are both basic walking pads, there are very big differences between the two. The first major one being the price point. Here on Amazon the Goplus is listed at a moderate price of $285.99 for the basic black colored model, but the WalkingPad as you know lists at a whopping $899, which gets slightly a bit more palatable at $799 with the $100 discount code. While the Goplus is as bare bones as you can get (easy to collapse for running or walking options and is lighter) and more cost efficient I ultimately opted for the WalkingPad and here’s why. First is the look. I like the sleek, more modern look that makes it stand out from most regular models out here. The height of the bar is adjustable which I found super useful as I am tall and love having that option to switch up. I also like the fact that it’s foldable and can stand up on its own, so you can hide under a couch or be tucked away in a corner, which is very helpful. Is it perfect? No. The pad weighs about 80lbs, so I suggest positioning it in a way where it’s easy to use the wheels. If you end up needing to lift it for some reason and are not that strong then it might be a bit problematic for you. Collapsing the bar, while not the worst thing in the world, can get a bit tedious as you need to unwind the lever and rewind whenever you want to use or stow it away. A button or latch would have been way less tedious. Now for the running experience. I have been using it for exactly a month now and love it. I use it mostly for walking anywhere in between the 3.6 – 4 mph range and it’s been a comfortable experience overall. Every few runs I might feel a light skid here and there, but I’ve tried other pads that have exhibited much more skidding, providing a worse experience. To me that wasn’t a big deal and I'm satisfied. The iPhone app isn’t that bad; I use it every run but do notice it disconnects from the Walkingpad frequently and there does seem to be some disconnect when synced with the Apple Watch. The remote is easy to use and helpful and I do like the safety clip on feature which has saved me a few times when I wasn’t paying attention. Unfortunately, I haven’t gone higher than 4.0 mph (although I did test it once on 6.5 mph) so I can’t speak for high-speed running, but I’m sure there aren’t any issues running daily. Overall while the price was way higher than what I anticipated, it's been a month in I’m super hapy with the WalkingPad R2 and would highly recommend it to others. If you’re not in the position to spend $799 plus (I got it for $720 on Black Friday) then the Goplus might be the better buy. Either way you’ll be a winner.

Great for Walking & Jogging - A game Changer!
I absolutely love my R2 Walking Pad! It has been a fantastic addition to my fitness routine. I'm a 40+ BW, weighing 133lbs, living in a small studio apartment and in need of a walking pad that would fit my fitness lifestyle. The folding feature makes it easy to store, which is great for small spaces. It was a little heavy to maneuver at first, but after consistent use (and getting stronger!), it’s much easier to handle. The walking pad runs smoothly and allows me to walk and even do a slow jog without any issues. The build quality feels sturdy, and I haven’t had any problems with functionality so far. I've been using it for about 3 months now. The setup was quick and easy, and I love that I can connect it to the app to turn it on/off and adjust settings effortlessly. It makes the experience even more convenient! If you’re looking for a sturdy, compact, and reliable walking pad, this is definitely worth it!

Looks great on paper, but fails to deliver
I was so excited at the prospect of this product. On paper it’s checks all the boxes, it’s portable, the top speeds are great, has app support, you name it. Sadly, the reality is far from it. Pros: 1) It’s foldable and can be hidden when you need to make more space. 2) The LED display is quite nice. Cons: 1) Folding this thing is a workout on it’s own, the unit is super heavy and very hard to maneuver. 2) All the sliding mechanism used here is cheaply built, no spacers installed, so it wobbles when you slide in or out and this also makes it hard to slide evenly. 3) There’s a bump in the middle, this will take some time to get used to. 4) The area underneath the belt is essentially a smooth surface glued to the base, I think they used a cheap adhesive as it has already started to peel with just after 3 uses. 5) The belt and walking area is pretty loud, and this machine generates a lot of static, other reviewers have mentioned about getting a shock while touching the bar/handle. 6) While using it, the stability of this is very questionable. Everything wobbles more than it should, even at walking speeds(2.5mph). 7) The app is abysmal, I think I’ll leave it to that. 8) The stickers on sliding part of the handle has already started to peel, the longevity of this device is very questionable. 9) It does have high top speed, you wouldn’t dare to use it at that speed, it will shake and the whole house will shake with it. 10) The treadmill belt slides and scratches the side, there are already multiple gashes on the sides Verdict: It’s a romantic idea to walk on a treadmill indoors especially in the current times, this device though gets a pass on paper, it definitely fails to deliver all that it promised. Stick to traditional treadmill if you want to work out safely, without much worries.

Very nice device for me
This works very well for me. I use it daily. I only run it at 3 mph, so don't know about higher speeds. The handle is mandatory for me, for balance. It is heavy, so moving it around is problematic for me. I would not want to move it daily. Initially, the walking pad moved significantly off center and the procedures to adjust it did not work. They sent a replacement (fortunately I had kept the box!) and the replacement has not had the problem. (I think there was a way to fix the initial problem, but my grandson discovered it too late.) It is very quiet and the remote works just fine. I don't use the phone app. I wish I could walk at 3.3 mph, but will probably be able to move to the next increment of 3.5 in the future.

Perfect for small apartment & home office
I've been using the R2 folding walking treadmill for a while now, and it's been an absolute game changer for my small apartment and home office setup. The R2's compact design makes it incredibly convenient to fold up and tuck away when not in use, saving valuable space. Despite its small footprint, it offers a quiet and robust walking experience, allowing me to effortlessly clock in around 4 miles almost every day. The build quality is top-notch, providing a stable and smooth walking surface. The user-friendly controls make it easy to adjust settings and track progress. Plus, it's surprisingly quiet, so I can use it during work calls without any disturbance. If you're looking for a practical and efficient way to stay active in limited space, the R2 is the perfect solution! 🏃♂️🏠 --- Is there anything else you'd like to share about your experience with the R2?

Really nice!
This is ALMOST a five-star review, and honestly in a few months assuming it all keeps working so well it probably will be a five star review. The product and app are pretty ingenious and work well on iPhone. It is a little heavy BUT it is stable and I do daily move it out from under my desk no problem. The only star detraction right now is that about an hour in, it went from being really quiet to having a HORRIBLE clacking noise you can somewhat hear in the video. I called customer support and they said send an email with a video. I did that but got no response whatsoever. However, I did look for a while underneath there unit and discovered the rubber feet are adjustable and they were too loose. I just tightened them up and it’s back to being a great, quiet, stable treadmill that stores away when not needed. A little heavy, and a total customer service fail, but still… product seems good enough for four stars at least at the moment.

Full time RV/Tiny home approved.
I use this in my Brinkley 3100 to walk during bad weather wich is often here. I love the app keeping track of my progress and history, that also has an option to share with Google fitness. Stores nicely and is relatively quick to put away. I watch TV without headphones as the noise level is low.

Excellent product and worth the investment in your health!
After much research, if you want a durable, compact, well built, relatively silent, portable(36kg but on wheels), home treadmill, then this is a great choice. Perfect for walking and running - more than powerful enough. I bought this to remove friction from my decision to walk/run without even finding excuses not to exercise. Flat folded storage works well under a couch (I got furniture risers as you need 16cm height) and wheel it out so I can use it easily while watching tv. Great variation from outdoor walk/run. Highly recommended. Speed is from 1.5-12km/h which is more than enough (it cannot incline). If you are trying to loose weight or just maintain your weight then this is a great lifestyle choice!

Excellent product
Working with the treadmill. Really good with the Bluetooth application. Keeps track of my health. Love it. Will recommend to all. Foldable but it is heavy. All good.

I use it, and store away everyday
I really enjoy this treadmill! I live in a very noisy building and none of my neighbours complaint about the noise! I also bought new walking shoes, they are awesome!
