Viva Fitness MYSPOGA_1513121 Vx 203a Decline Adjustable Utility Bench (Multicolour) - Weight Capacity: 100 Kg

This is nearly a commercial gym quality bench. Back positions are adjustable from decline, flat, and all the way up to straight vertical for shoulder presses, etc. Cushioning is great (thick enough and firm enough). This is the only "home" bench I found after about two months of searching that is sturdy in every position. The metal is thick and strong, and the backrest is long enough. The seat even has a couple positions if you like (maybe for some leg work). It does not have leg-curl attachment, and I wish it had wheels. But it is under 20 Kg I believe. Doesn't feel too much to move it. Man, I really cannot say enough good things about this bench. Seriously. I bought it from SPORTS AND FITNESS GURU. They were unbelievably responsive to my questions about everything, and they delivered a truly new, unused, and clean product (which is rare in India).

I was about to go for Domyos 900 for 13000 and ended up with this for approx 9500, around 4K less. Quality is top notch and it’s easy to assemble. However, there’s no ankle support like Domyos, which helps going for decline. Also, no decline sit-ups or leg raise (holding the seat) can be done. You can manage the decline without ankle support also. Overall, two sit-up exercises are missed at a cost of ₹4000. I think quality wise it could beat any bench, as it does not shake at all. The bench is 18 Kgs and you can easily lift and put it wherever. Installation material is good quality with nylon lock nuts and all. All needed tools are provided. There’s no installation video but you can figure out. One star less for no leg support. Happy pumping!

I was sceptical before buying because I was going to purchase decathlon bench but it was 4000rs expensive so though I should give a try but once it came I was blown out. It is better or similar quality to decathlon once, small things are missing such as angle written , leg extensions for declines. But quality is too notch and its heavy gauge metal weight is 23kgs heavier than decathlon one I already go heavy on this my weight 75 weights max I have done is 60kgs i guess it can easily support more than or at least 200kgs includingself weight. If you want similar or better quality than go for this one. For brand and little details over this product go for decathlon.

There are missing bolts and screws, which are hard to find, and makes the product useless as it can’t be assembled until they can be found. Still trying to find the long Hex bolts.

Bench is really steady and strong. Doesnt shakes. One thing i miss here is there is no handle to lift or move the bench neither wheels provided. This thing is little irritating. But overall i liked it otherwise.

It's very sturdy ..however, if you have broad shoulder then you need bigger width bench ..this one is for average men with average shoulder width . Assemble was easy..

Bad parts. Doesn't incline and breaks. Pathetic quality

Tbh I was a little sceptical about the seller at first but once I received the product I was relieved. And about the product Viva is a reliable brand and the quality of the bench is almost like commercial.
