lock is good, but receptacle design and quality are average. no better option in market, have to adjust... brand installation was faster.

I contacted Godrej Customer Care to arrange an urgent lock installation, as the lock replacement is a security-critical requirement. To my surprise, the customer care representative, Mr. Naresh, informed me that no technicians would be available for the next three days because they were all attending a training program. How can a company of Godrej's reputation leave customers without installation support for three days? If technicians are attending training, it is Godrej's responsibility to ensure alternate technicians are available. Customers should not have to suffer because of poor planning. A lock is not a luxury product—it is a basic security requirement. Making customers wait three days for installation is completely unacceptable. Any professional organization should have a service-level commitment of 24–48 hours for such requests. This reflects extremely poor service planning and a complete lack of concern for customer safety and convenience. I expected far better from a brand like Godrej, but this experience has been thoroughly disappointing. Unless Godrej improves its service response and technician availability, I cannot recommend their products based on my experience.

Excellent product with minimum price. Strong and aturdy for main gate.
