Got the open boxed BRAND NEW product, and totally satisfied with it!
I always try refurbished products as you can get them on discounted rates and they are mostly returned products by customers. It's always hit or miss! If you missed, you can anyways return the same.This was my 4th pair of CX180, and since I had lost 3 other pairs, this time, I bought a refurbished one, and hola! It was a BRAND NEW product, with box opened once. All the pairs of earbuds were present. Totally satisfied with a product.

SENNHEISER... Only the name is enough
I got these for ₹400The feature I liked the most is noise isolation. Though it reduces the noises from traffic excellently, pls don't expect wonders.The sound is excellent for the price.I mean u cannot find better in this price range.But I'm a little disappointed with the quality. It looks very fragile and the wire is also very thin. Hence I'm taking one star away.In the end I would suggest you guys not to think very much and try these atleast once. I'm sure you will like it

Distortion at higher volume
I think the sound quality is decent enough but at higher volume sound does get distorted. I had used CX 180 before and they worked fine for the same. Anyways I don't generally prefer higher volume so they serve the purpose.

It is good as new.
About "Sound quality" I used both new and refurbished product and I can't tell the difference between them. And I got the extra earbuds with them. It's a great deal and "Value for money".

Descent headphone for the price
I just got the headphone and the left earpiece doesn't work. I didn't expect Amazon to trust such selles. I'm very disappointed. Go for the original one.Update: I claimed for a replacement and got the replaced item. Now the new one is good and even the sound is louder than the original one.
