I have been using this product sparingly for about 2 years now. It works well, however, it takes around 1h30min to fully heat up a meal. It’s no issue if you plan ahead.. otherwise it’s a good product!

Got this for work, love it soup heats up in 20 minutes, just have to remember to plug in on time , no more having to wait in line to use microwave.
