These work amazing for my son. We rarely give him these. Only on nights when he is really struggling to fall asleep. They work within the half hour of taking it seems. He takes them easily and doesnt complain of bad taste or anything. They don't make him groggy when he wakes up. I would definitely purchase again, however i think one bottle will last us quite a while with how little we actually give him these. worth the money though if you have a child who really struggles to fall asleep

I have been looking for a good melatonin friendly for my toddler. Must of the melatonin have to many artificial sweeteners. I don’t use this on regular basis but so far it works pretty good. Does affect my child’s sleep routine. I’ll give it 5 stars if the gummies had less sugar.
