UPDATE: after many attempts of reaching out to this company, I finally got my replacement in last night. I was just going to update this to a 4 star, but it seems they are a very small scale team so I will go ahead and give it a 5 star. The new case is a MUCH better fit than the previous one, Still not 100% perfect on the front screen one (like 95% perfect) but for it's thinness this is a sexy case.As for the Magsafe, I can confirm that it does indeed work as intended now. Granted this was not Thinborne's fault as much as Google changing the location last minute, but now that everything fits and works properly, I will give this a 5 star rating. Still VERY pricey for a case, but it's a good one at least.Version 1 was awful, the cuts did not allow for the case to close, it didn't fit, the magsafe was in the wrong spot, overall just not good.They said not to return it and they would send me a new version no later than 9/25 but I haven't not seen it yet and they have stopped communication.Ended up just having to just return it and reorder it I guess

Very thin case, nice looking but fails to protect. Also it doesn't have hinge protection for the Pixel Pro 9 Fold. The case cost me a phone. My daughter knocked the phone off the counter and it fell on the hinge destroying the inner screen.

Listen folks-The challenge with folding phones is that if your case is thick, you will have a large uncomfortable brick in your hand. However, most thin cases don't tend to stay in place and are often of poor quality.But there is an exception to every rule, and this is one of them,Thinborne's Pixel 9 Pro Fold Case is awesome. It fits perfect, it's thin, it looks nice, and it comes with adhesives to ensure it sticks snugly to your phone. It even came with a QR code with detailed instructions on how to put it on as intended.An easy 10/10 for me. Great work, guys.

Let me start with the good! The case is gorgeous! Very thin and light. Exactly as described. However, when opening the package there was a letter explaining that they have updated the case since the one I purchased has a MatSafe ring that does not align. They offer to ship a new one to us free of charge. Great customer support. Unfortunate, but understandable since it is a preorder product.After putting the current case on my phone while I wait for a new one (as they suggested in the letter), I notice another HUGE problem. The corners of the case are raised on the inside of the screen by a fraction of an inch. This prevents the phone from closing entirely. That is a big problem. The magnets that the Pixel 9 Pro Fold has built in can not engage fully and it pops open with the tiniest touch. Not to mention, when the corners are pressed against each other, the front plate shifts and the adhesive comes off. I had amazingly high hopes for such an EXPENSIVE case only to be let way down so far.

I love the look and feel of this case. It fits well. I used extra lil sticky pieces that came with it to make sure it stayed in place. But I purchased this case because of the magsafe feature. I use magnetic charging stands at home and in the car. The magnetic ring is just slightly off where it will charge for a second then stop , then start and stop over and over. Will be returning for this reason. Other than that it's a great choice of you don't care about the magsafe stuff.

Recently bought multiple cases for Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Since thephone is a bit bulky other cases made it even worse. However this case is the best! Quite pricey but absolutely worth it! Very thin, nice to touch, very light, working great with wireless charging. Don't know yet how durable it is, but still feel way safer than without it

This is definitely a mid case. Don't love it. Doesn't feel like the magnet is correctly aligned exactly, so because of this, the wireless charging is iffy. The case kind of falls off at random. It's really expensive, and really not great.

I really wanted to like this case. While the material is nice, the front piece I received doesn't stay on the phone at all. It is too small and doesn't wrap around the edge properly. I was told via a note in the box that I'd received the "new and improved version 2.0" with updated perfect fitment. I'd hate to see v1.0...I've contacted customer service half a dozen times, gotten Amazon involved, they've reached out and we still haven't even been acknowledged.I didn't even ask for a refund, just an exchange of the front piece.For a $100 phone case the product better be top notch as well as the customer service. Unfortunately, with this product you'll receive neither. Go buy a case elsewhere unless you don't mind throwing $100 in the trash.The back piece fits snuggly, so I guess that's worth a star.
