Sardines are good for the heart. The ones in mustard sauce are the only kind I like. This is a good deal. I eat two cans a week, and have to control myself so I don’t eat too many at I time. Wonderful flavor.

I Bumble Bee tuna every week and it is good for you.
There is nothing like the taste of bumble bee sardines. My brother brought me chicken of the sea sardines while I waited for the order of BB I had placed. There is a big difference in texture and taste. I love BB'S

Good mustard sardines, not too much mustard!
Nice fish, could maybe use a little more mustard sauce. Not overcooked. Another brand at the same price point has lots of mustard with overcooked mashed up fish. These are better and I can add a wee bit of mustard if I’d like!

I'm not at all a seafood/sardine person but these weren't that bad at all. Mild fish taste. More salty and mustard with a light fish taste.
