I used to think the stuff worked well, but this brand, instead of being 3,000 mg per tablet as advertised it's really only 750 and you have to take four tablets to make it work, it's kind of a scam and false advertising on Carlisle's part. They might as well advertise 6,000 and tell you you have to take a tablets.

I use this because I was showing symptoms of atherosclerosis. These ingredients have been shown to help reverse that but I didn't expect how quickly things would change. I had been struggling edema in my legs and within days of using this daily the edema is almost completely gone. I have struggled with this problem for years. This is a product that anyone could really be using just to maintain blood vessel health. It is great for athletes but also for other people. I highly recommend this. I take two tablets twice a day because the recommendation is for so I split it up between mornings and evenings. No side effects. Higher energy. Very easy to use and swallow. The pills are a little bit large but not obnoxiously so. The effects of this product are so worth investing in it
