be careful
This product gave me heart palpitations within two days, reaching 120 bpm at rest. So be careful taking this if you are not diabetic. Consult a physician.

Excellent!
This is one of the most effective supplements I have tried. I have been extensively researching various health products over the years. I can only take it once a day myself and must be very careful! However, the results are excellent! My appetite has significantly decreased, so I can reduce my calorie intake and my weight is also dropping! This is a great product.

Repurchasing several times
This is a great product for those of us with insulin resistance. They have a patented ingredient, are so tiny & easy to swallow, no taste, and very effective for lowering glucose. I love this brand especially bc they are 3rd party tested. Great value for money. You can start off on the 100 mg and move up to 200mg as that is the actual studied dose. I've repurchased these a couple of times now.

Good product, but if you have gut issues may cause bloating
Worked well to regulate my insulin levels but caused GI upset for me. (I have a lot of gut issues.) After tying another brand it did the same. I finally found one brand that has "delayed release capsules" that are working for me.

I belive it works. At least I donโt get hungry as much also I feel I lose some weight
