Solgar Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) 500 mg - 100 Tablets

I use this mainly for my speech impediment but it makes me more alert and awake. I don’t get many bug bites either whilst I’m abroad, apparently this vitamin does this. The brand is super well known so I know they aren’t made from bad ingredients. The smell is of course awful, but you don’t chew these so all is good. They’re kind of big so if you struggle with swallowing tablets then you may have a problem.

The tablets are just as stated. They're quite large and might pose difficulty for some people when swallowing, but I had no problems with that. I bought them because of some research showing that thiamine can reduce stammering and blocking, but I've felt no effect. I rather felt oddly scatter-minded and got a persistent headache after a few days of taking these together with magnesium (as recommended by the research), with no other changes in my lifestyle. To be fair, the research did state that for some people, thiamine can actually worsen stammering, and for some it doesn't have any effects. It was worth a try though. Regarding the product itself, there's nothing to complain about; the quality is very good.

started taking these to help problems with mosquitos on holiday as I'm going to asia in October so have been taking these for a month now they are supposed to change your body smell so you become less attracted by mosquitos I will let you know later if it works but I have noticed a improvement in my energy levels I'm not getting so run down even in our hot weather so on just that they are worth taking I think

Cyclically or when I feel more tired than usual or I'm on a diet, (thiamine deficiency increases the consumption of carbohydrates such as wheat), Ido integration periods with hight quality vitamin B1. It is essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates. Vitamin B1 (in concert with other B vitamins) helps to have more energy, to "burn" calories and so even losing weight, on one condition: regular, daily consumption. I use this product A LOT and I love it. So..... Do I recommend it? Absolutely!

Una buena concentración de Tiamina, necesaria para el buen funcionamiento del cerebro, la verdad es que yo la muelo, ya que son pastillas grandes, tipo paracetamol de un gramo, enormes, la pongo en una infusión y genial. Buen producto, buena marca, precio... acorde sabiendo que viene pronto a casa como yo lo necesitaba.
