Well made
These are well made but I don't use the included straps. I just stand on them in place. It's pretty painful at first but after the second use, it's more like a soul massage, lol. Yes, soul, not sole.

Does the job
wOw, I love these! My feet have been waiting for this. The green cloth slippers aren't great, allowing the insoles to go askew on my feet, so I put the insoles in my (nubby) Adidas slides and they work great, feel great and stay better aligned. Walking on my Terrazzo floors is cool but very hard surface, but these insoles help stimulate my feet and provide pain relief from a spinal injury that caused nerve damage many years ago,. Since moving to Florida, where there is mostly sand and grass, I miss walking on crushed gravel and wood chips ...but these insoles do the job!

Healing Insoles
They are painful at first. I find reflexology massages a bit painful as well. They come with the slippers I walked around my room with one on then switched to the other foot. I love the benefits - I can really feel a difference. I’m going to use them everyday and maybe one day I can walk down the street in them but for now the benefits are incredible.

Yep, I’m loving these
These are quite awesome, actually. They weren’t as painful as I expected, but I have actually walked in them, I’m a tenderfoot. But, instead of using the strap on slippers things, I put the insoles in my crocs. I sit flat footed and put lots of weight on my knees to really get good pressure. Perhaps one day I’ll work up to be able to walk on them. But when removed, feet feel so relaxed and feel so good!

Oh my gosh these are awesome. Of course they take some time as feet are sensitive to needles. Just like getting the greatest massage ever!

Great insoles. Great quality. Nails are what you need. I started at 30 seconds, now I can stand for 2-3 minutes. Thanks a lot

Assez hard …
J’ai le tapis pour le dos qui est parfait type fakir, mais les pieds trop hard pour moi, sauf à poser juste les pieds dessus assise. Ça peut être bien aussi.
