I like Brilliance more than any other spray out there. I did get a defective can, but contacted the company and they sent a replacement right out. Great customer service and wonderful to deal with!

Brilliance Laser Inks Ceramic and Glass Black Marking Spray – Works as Labeled, My Screw-Up Aside
I used this spray on the bottom of ceramic mugs, following the instructions carefully, and it worked well for the purpose. Our logo came out clearly and adhered through a test in the dishwasher. That said, I didn’t realize when ordering that this particular formula is intended for ceramic and glass surfaces only. I had originally hoped to use it for metal plaques, but that’s on me for not checking the product description closely. I’ll probably give it a test on metal anyway just to see what happens, but I suspect I’ll need to purchase their version specifically designed for metal.

Great stuff
Amazing product, easy clean up

Works better on ceramic than glass.
Can can clog. I had to throw half a can away because it would no longer spray, even though I cleared out the sprayer. It acted like it ran out of propellant.Works better on ceramic than glass.

Works great on glass, lots of information is available, and the big can will last a long time.
This full spray paint sized can of laser spray is going to last a very long time! There is definitely a learning curve when it comes to getting the best results with your particular laser, but anyone who has a CO2 laser is probably used to the task. Every new product or idea requires testing to get it just-right. The good thing with this is that you can get a lot of helpful information on manufacturer's website. This is made in the US and the instructions, tips and recommendations are written in perfect English. The product itself does not have a massive amount of information included, but the basic instructions for shaking, spraying, layering, etc are on the can. The website is listed so you can find ample setting information for whatever type of laser you have.I tested this on glass only as I didn't have any ceramic I wanted to sacrifice today. I was a bit nervous because there were bubbles in my glass, I had never put glass in my laser, and I had never used this product, but it all went off without a hitch. I made some mistakes sending the information to my laser (I forgot to adjust the kerf) so this will likely be visible to you in my photos. This is no fault of the product and I think the mistake actually makes it easier to see what I am describing in my review.I cut four pieces of glass and sprayed them each with a different amount of the spray. I wasn't sure how much would work best so I sprayed 1 layer on the first, 2 on the second, 3 and 4 layers on the subsequent pieces. I was pretty sure that 2-3 coats would be best as the instructions say to apply an amount that prevents you from seeing through it. One layer was a tad bit thin, but it only took a moment to dry, so putting 2 layers on is a very quick process. It's super easy to use!As far as clean-up is concerned, it took nothing more than water and a sponge to clean the excess off after lasering. I did use one drop of dish soap, but it wouldn't be necessary as this is not sticky, greasy or anything...it is sort of like a powdery coating once dry.I performed both raster and vector cycles with my artwork on the pieces and both affected the product and glass differently. The engraving function never really got super black across the entire piece, but there were sections where it was black. So, I know it will work, I just need to experiment more with settings. I think it would have worked excellently on ceramic whereas my stained glass chipped under the laser...again, this was not due to the product, it was my settings. On the other hand, the vector cycle I would usually use to cut acrylic or wood did an excellent job of leaving a black line on my glass. In my photos you can see how I ran an outline of the graphic and also a program filling in the outlines. The outlines are almost like an embossing powder like you find on wedding invitations etc. (it left a shiny raised line). The engraving left a dark to light gray mark (it would be black if I get the settings right). The engraving almost seems like it chipped away a layer as opposed to the raised surface of the other marks.I am sure it is frustrating to read a review from someone who didn't take the time to do a test pattern and see exactly how dark it would get if I got the settings right, but I am lady who just wanted to try to make something pretty with this can of cool stuff. My partner is the technical one who finds joy in the engineering part of everything, so I will let him do the test patterns and tell me what to use for settings next time. I can tell you without a doubt that this WILL work as stated and it will make permanent black markings on glass, tile, etc.I am 100% confident after my experimenting. It went on and dried quickly. The excess cleaned off easily. It made marks that I could see without needing to be an expert in the technical stuff. If you are someone who is artsy and not mathy you will still be able to use this and get results without wanting to scream or smash things.I attached three photos in an attempt to show you the results. These images are taken with the macro camera on my phone so you can see the imperfections. The yellow photo is at just enough of an angle for you to be able to see the difference in the finish when I ran the vector/cut cycle to outline everything and the flat more dull results of the raster portion. This is fantastic, I didn't know it existed until I saw it here. I knew there was a metal product, but I was happy to see the product for glass and ceramic. Extra points for this being a made in the USA product. This can will last a very long time!
