I’ve been using this scalp massager for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The massage feels relaxing and helps relieve scalp tension after a long day. I especially like the oil applicator feature—it distributes hair oil much more evenly than applying it by hand and makes my hair care routine faster and less messy. I bought the item six months back and used it for a total of 3 times for a simple scalp massage (no oil, no using in the shower). It seemed like a decent product, and I enjoyed the massages. I wasn't able to use it in the following months as we had a few medical related events occupying us. This month I finally tried to use it again, and it wasn't working so I put it to charge. It isn't charging and it isn't working. I am shocked that with just regular usage of 3 times, it has stopped working! I was able to get hold of an Amazon associate on chat, who agreed that for the amount (68 dollars + tax) I paid for it, it should work a few years at least, with normal usage which I told her was my expectation. She told me it was in the warranty period, and I would hear from the manufacturer through email soon about replacing it. I've not heard back. I am unable to get support either as there are some dead-ends on getting to one through the numerous menu options, if the product is out of their one-month return period.

I love how this feels on your head. The massage level is perfect I don’t find it hard or pulling my hair. The only dislike is that you do have to hold the device. Also it does not run well through on long hair, so you do have to lift it off the scalp and reposition to the next area. Last con also the reason why I gave it 4 stars was the oil dispenser, it doesn’t really dispense the oil out. I tried to move it different directions or apply pressure but it didn’t work I even rolled the comb around my hand and it’s barely coming out even if that.

I do love this product and continue to use it! I love the red light as well as the fact that it massages and delivers oils into your hair. I have noticed a positive difference in my hair. The ONLY think I would change is that the red plastic tips on the bristles came off very quickly. I wish those were better quality/longer lasting. It does impact the experience somewhat. It is easy to clean! One tweak and I’d be at 5 stars!

This feels good on the scalp. My trichilogist recommended me use this 3x a week. It lasts for ten minutes but you can immediately re-press the button for it to come on again. I’ve used it for four consecutive intervals without having to charge it. I have not put oil in it. I spray my hair with the oil and use the massager. It has worked fine.
