What is the diifference between this and Systane Ultra?

There's a comparison chart on this Amazon page. Systane Complete has "nano droplet technology" and claims to lubricate all layers of the eye. Ultra does not have those two qualities. What all that means who knows?

Is this solution supposed to be cloudy???

Yes, it is milky white. Shake the bottle for a minute before putting it in your eyes. It’s very soothing. Much better and safer than Visine.

Are these rated for permeable plastic contacts?

My eye doctor recommended 15 minutes before you put in your contacts. Never put them in with it

Are the drops supposed to be white? Or transparent?

The drops are white coming out of the dropper. My doctor gave me a sample of Systane and the drops were white. I ordered Systane from Amazon and those drops were also white. Hope this helps.
