Good quality
Appears good quality, well packaged, good price. Very happy. Hopefully will expand on this when I make some yogurt.

Failed to work.
Usually this is an excellent starter which I have used several times with great success. This batch did not work at all and I am very disappointed. I think I may have to try a different company.

Really disappointed with this product. Followed the instructions fo the letter and it simply did not make yoghurt. It didnt thicken even a small bit and the resulting like warm milk didnt even taste remotely yoghurt. The product is tiny and only enough to make one portion. (Granted if it works you can then use your yoghurt to start your next batch) but if it doesn't work in the first instance youre £10 down the drain with nothing to show and no opportunity to try again.

Delicious
I'm a first time yogurt maker so decided to splash out and use a quality heirloom starter - so glad I did - it's delicious! Wondefully creamy with a lovely gentle tanginess

Milk in. Milk out.
I regularly make my own kefir and yogurt. I did not want to presume I knew best so went to the website to check their instructions. After placing the ingredients together for the correct temperature and timeline, I got milk. Horrendously expensive for an ineffective product and meagre content. Great business model for them. Sell something that cannot be returned. I would avoid this brand.
