I had surgery on my foot 4 weeks ago and this shower leg cover is still holding strong! I have had no leaks so far. It feels like the water is getting in because of all of the sensations when the water hits the plastic cover but once I dry the plastic cover and take it off the cast and toes are dry. I am so glad I got this shower cover - makes showering so much easier during this difficult period:-)

Perfect size for mom. She is a smaller person and this fits tight on her leg allowing her to take a shower standing up without slipping and no water gets in. Been using it for about a month and it's still working!

This cast cover is phenomenal! I was initially worried since it said it was a size large and I’m not a large by any means. There is nothing to fear if you are a size small. This will work perfectly for you too! I have had a cast while recovering from an ankle surgery and this has been instrumental in keeping it dry. My first cast was plaster and covered in ace wraps it was huge and bulky and this cover easily stretched to cover my cast and still kept and airtight seal around my legs after weeks of near daily use in the shower/bath! Traditional ice was not making it through my cast so I put ice water in a bucket and put this cast cover on and submersed my covered cast and again…it kept it dry and relieved my pain. When I needed to go to an appointment and it was pouring rain, I put this cover over my cast and it was the only part of me that stayed nice and dry. Totally worth the money! You will not regret this purchase.

I've used this 4 times in the shower so far, and I'm very satisfied with the product. I am wearing a women's size large post-surgical sandal that doesn't bend over a bulky ace bandage, not a large plastic boot.. The ring is certainly large enough, but the rubber opening is a bit of a job to fit over the shoe. I would not be able to do it alone. When on, the rubber is snug to the skin so as to be waterproof, and can fit either just over the knee or just below it. I am 5'5". Unless there is an easier way to put it on, I can't imagine getting it over a plastic boot. But for me, it is working just fine.

I purchased this cast cover to use in the shower so my 2-layer Unna boot wrap would stay dry. Here are the PROS: 1. The plastic is very thick which helps keep the area dry. 2. It's easy to put on and take off. 3. If you get the top seal to lay just right, no water gets inside it. 4. I was able to get 10 days of showers with no rips or tears. Here are the CONS: 1. It is a bit expensive compared to similar cast covers. 2. It is tough to get the seal to lay flush against your skin all the way around the leg which is the KEY TO KEEPING THE WATER OUT! 3. Sometimes a little water spills out from the rim when removing it. However, if you dry it thoroughly with a bath towel before removal, the spillage is very minimal. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product, and I think it's a good value for the money. I'm no longer using it because my wrap was removed, but it's still usable. No tears or rips.

This cast cover was a game changer for me! I had a accident and as a result, had a bad wound on my leg. Could not get the area wet and was told to wrap a trash bag or something similar around the area to prevent water getting on it. I found this and bought it to see if it really did the job of keeping the are totally dry . FABULOUS! I used this for 3 months when I showered and not one drop on my wound. Easy to slip on my leg and easy to clean and store. What a great product .

Easy to use and keeps my foot dry. 30+ uses and still going strong.

It didn’t keep my leg dry at all. My leg is bandaged. I had 3 inches of water inside of it when I was done with my shower. It does not stretch wide at all.

I had surgery on the side of my foot and had to wear a bandage for several weeks. I was able to shower without any water touching my bandages foot. This product does what it says on the box. I was very gentle when pulling the rubber seal to slip my foot through - so not to rip it. The material is thick and fits snugly around my calf. Think of this as a giant rubber sock! Would recommend to anyone. Tip - use a clothes peg and hang upside down off the towel bar to drip dry. Thanks.
