Taste and quality looks good. I do felt some improvement in daily energy level. Very east to use and seems effective. Feels bit costly.

This product makes taking shilajit easy! Tastes like honey, you do get that slight plasticy shilajit flavor- but the honey really hides it. I just throw it in my mouth and wash it down with my morning latte. Easy peasy.

I think anyone who tried this and left a bad review must have never actually tried shilajit before - PURE shilajit absolutely does taste off. Thats normal. It’s not a good taste, it feels and tastes and smells like tar and you can’t really disguise it and still get a good amount in your system worth taking (unless of course putting it down with a shot of OJ or something lol) but what I will say is I am SOOO beyond excited about the fact that this is bearable! I’d say good, even. I think it helps that I expected way worse because of the other shilajit I’ve tried (and never finished), and the consistency when warm is great. I do know honey crystallizes so I imagine some batches will be different but overall the taste is very much like a honey stick with the hint of an off-taste. Sort of chemical-like, but again, normal for shilajit. Im also super glad there wasn’t a super strong strawberry taste and it just felt like eating a slightly flavored honey stick. And while I can’t speak on the effects yet, I will hopefully update once I’ve gone through a batch of these! I’m very excited :)

I almost didn't buy these because I don't like Strawberry flavour that much. Also quite a few reviews complained about the texture being too 'gritty' , as the honey crystallised. Re the Strawberry flavour, I can't taste any. Re the 'gritty' texture, I put the sticks in about 70°C water for a few minutes, which returns the texture to runny honey. It's sweet, but I just drink a glass of water afterwards, which makes it okay (honey is sweet 😉). I already ordered my 2nd lot.
