Takes a bit to warm up but does a great job and easy to clean! The wax is also very nice and works well Giving 4 stars because the wax can cool and harder on the sides while the unit is on

Not temperature controlled
It isn't temperature controlled so you have to keep taking it off the heat to get it to a manageable temp and heating it back up because it cools fairly fast. The wax works really well though.
